Had an insurance replacement iphone sent to me. I tracked it and fedex says it was signed by a Maria. I went to the office and asked for my package. They went and looked and came back saying they don’t have it. I pulled out my phone and showed them the tracking and asked who Maria was. Low and behold Maria was the woman looking for my package.
When she suddenly forgot how to speak English, the assistant manager told me they they returned to sender. That’s funny, because fedex has no records of that. I called fedex, they told me that if it was returned, the same tracking number I have been watching like a hawk would show it being out back on the truck.
So…if you like your package rummaged through and stolen, then hey 5 stars! If you are a normal citizen who doesn’t like your belongings stolen, 0 stars.
Have a blessed day. Hope Maria and the managers who lied to me got fired our do now.
Maria was a temp. Assistant mgr who lied to my face was african american with braids.

If it could be lower, I’d do it. I’ll give you just some bullet point facts
— got robbed by someone crowbar popping open our door and carrying out our stuff in broad daylight
— took management 2 weeks to fix a broken door which could have easily been popped back open and we’d be robbed again (they blamed this on paperwork, because paperwork is more important than resident saftey)
— the staff is rude and does not care about your complaints and lies to management who just take their word
— if they don’t hold up their end of the lease they will deny it and charge you for minor infractions
— if you are a person who likes to feel secure, don’t live here, if you like knowing your management company doesn’t care about you belongings or you saftey, by all means live here
