I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas«well«done». Nothing out of the ordinary. Picked up pizzas and came home to find both pizzas were burnt. The bottom of the pizza was black. Pizza was not edible. Emailed customer services regarding the issue and received an email stating I would receive a call from that location in 3 – 5 days. It’s now been 8 days and I have not received a call. Extremely dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have ordered several times from this location for delivery… most recently last night. The pizza arrived fast and was very hot. Tasty too. I like PJ better than Dominos and PizzaHut for this reason.

I’ve ordered at this location several times and once they got my order wrong. The second time customer service was horrible.

Well, I’m still waiting on my pizza. Ordered it at 6:56 and it now 8:05. They say it’s on the way. If it shows up cold I will personally deliver it back to them. Won’t be ordering again from these losers. Someone called and offered a large pizza free with next order. Too bad there won’t be a next order !!!

Boo. Late. Cold. Wrong sauces. I live literally around the corner, it took them an hour at 8:30 at night… Rude staff, rude driver. Boo.

The pizza was late and wrong. I ordered The Works with a Mountain Dew I think I got a Spinach Alfredo. I called to report the error. The young lady that answered the phone said with much frustration«What you mean the order is wrong? You ordered a large The Works with a Mountain Dew.» That is what I ordered, but that’s not what I got, I responded. As we resolved that it really was an incorrect order, she said«So what do you want me to do?» REALLY!!!

HORRIBLE experience. The pizza was late and cold. The staff was very unhelpful and incompetent. I live 300 feet away and it took them 2 hours to deliver it. They also lied to me about being able to contact their delivery person. I would recommend going to any other Papa Johns. Seriously.

I stopped ordering from a national competitor because they could never get my order right. Thought i would give this place a chance to earn my business. The order was a large pepperoni, canadian bacon, with jalepeonos and pineapple on one side. The reciept was correct. The pizza was hot, delivery driver pleasanf and polite. Upon opening the pizza it was quote obvious they didn’t do any better then their competitor. No jalepenos in site, and very little pepperoni or canadian bacon. disappointed in the crust dry and chewy. But, not a good chewy. Overall really disappointed in the pizza. My dog did enjoy chowing down on the crust though but she also enjoys finding cat droppings in the yard.

A lesson to be learned … This is a brand new building and location owned by an LLC out of Colleyville(no Oak Cliff roots, I guess). I’ve ordered twice from this new location. The first order back in July we had two large pizzas and Chicken Poppers. While the pizzas were good, they were slightly overcooked and had black burn marks on them. The Poppers were bleh but that’s probably not the store’s fault. We decided to try them again 10 days later and ordered two pizzas and an order of wings. The pizzas were cooked properly and tasted good. However, the store decided to substitute Chicken Poppers instead of the wings that I had ordered without telling me. I immediately contacted the store and was told that they were out of wings that’s why I got the Poppers. Instead of calling me to tell me, they just went ahead and substituted chicken nuggets – brilliant. I told the lady that I did not want the nuggets(my kids wouldn’t eat them) and requested a refund. She said that her manager was busy but would call me back. Needless to say but that store manager never called me.(Shocker, I know.) Well, long story short, but two weeks, four emails and three phone calls to corporate customer service later and I finally got a call back from one of the franchise owners. He did apologize that he had been out of the country for two weeks and offered to give me a credit on my next order. I told him that I would no longer go to his store and requested a cash refund(including the extra dollar tip that I gave the driver because I thought I was getting wings.) Today I dropped by the store and the manager knew who I was after my introduction and promptly handed me cash. A lot of effort for $ 8 but I was committed at that point. I know there are a lot of pizza choices in North Oak Cliff but my kids like the chain ones, what can I say? As for this Papa Johns, we will be doing without. That’s too bad because I don’t want Pizza Hut every Friday night(every other Friday would be ok!). Four stars for pizza, ___stars for wings(if they don’t run out), one star for Chicken Poppers, and Zero stars for prompt customer service.
