Always the best! Wouldn’t even consider Subway, Quizno’s, Jimmy John’s, or any other sandwich shop.

I have been going to Potbelly’s for years because their sandwiches are good. But today I paid over $ 9 for a regular sandwich, chips and a small drink. When I asked how that got to be over $ 9, the lady said the drink is $ 2.25. Holy cow. I hope that money goes into the pockets of the employees and not the CEO.

There is something about this place that keeps me coming back. Simply amazing. The Italian on wheat with Mayo, tomatoes, *HOTPEPPERS*, and Italian seasoning. I could eat this sandwich everyday, if my diet allowed it(very high in fat for a sandwich). The macaroni salad is to die for.

I can’t tell you how much I love the«Italian» sandwich here. Whatever combination of meat that is on this sandwich is so good. If you are ever in doubt or want to try something new and haven’t had one I really recommend it. I get one every time I go and it’s always good. Absolutely yummy! Kudos in their soups as well… But if I had to pick I would go with the sandwich every time.

Potbelly is a sandwich shop that is step-above many of their competitors for their market. I have been there on several occasions as they have several locations throughout the DFW area. I have always been impressed with the warm greetings and friendly, helpful attitudes from the staff. The sandwiches are always tasty and if you leave room for a cookie, it is worth it!

Potbelly’s is a very casual spot, I come here mostly on Friday’s when I have more time. The restaurant is very nice the staff is very patience with customers. If you are not a fan of toasted sand which bread, then this place is not for you. They toast all of their sandwich’s. They do have salads and desserts with a variety of drinks from soda’s to tea. If feeding a big crowd for lunch then they can cater it to you and your group, with delivery. One big thing I forgot to mention. They have what they call seasonings which is excellent. Last but not least the restaurant is always clean. Hope you come the next time around.

I want to start off by saying I’m not a fan of sandwich shops in general, but today I was famished, and decided to visit Potbelly. To my surprise, I really enjoyed this sandwich shop, it was better than any other sandwich shop I’ve been to. I ordered the chicken sandwich, chips and a cookie. The food was good and healthy. The cookie was phenomenal!!! Thanks for a great lunch Potbelly!

If you are looking for a super easy sandwich shop that is very affordable then look no further. My kids love it. I am still trying to sell my wife on it. I love«the wreck». Kids PB&J is rocking too.

I placed an order online for take out. I ordered one sandwich, one bowl of soup, 2 bags of chips, two cookies, and two bottled drinks. I originally selected to pick up my order at approximately 6:30PM, and began placing my order. When I got to the portion of the online order process to pay for my order(2 minutes after I began online ordering), I get a message saying that my order will be ready at 6:45PM rather than 6:30. I was a bit frustrated, but could deal with it. I get to the restaurant at 6:40, and the staff had not even began working on my order. It didn’t take long to get my order(4 minutes), but I purposefully ordered online so I would not have to wait for my food. I get home and I see the size of the bowl of soup, and it is not very big. It is approximately the same size as the soups other restaurants serve before the meal when you get your choice between a soup or a salad. The only problem with this, I paid 4.50 for the bigger bowl of soup, and if that is the correct portion for it, it is not a good value at all. The sandwich was decent. Overall, did not care for the service I was given, and did not care for the lack of value of the items I ordered.

I have always been a fan of this place. The customer service, speed and quailty of service is very impressive. I have not once had a bad day within this food chain. The employees greet you with a smile and say yes sir or yes ma’am. I really like the turkey sandwiches, they are the best in my eyes. Order it in any combonation as you see fit and I believe you will not regret it. Try it for yourself, well worth it.

This place is located right next to the Chinese spot and the Starbucks on lemon. It’s a cool sandwich spot and it’s not a huge chain, which always is what I’m after. I went with the grilled chicken and cheddar and got a cream soda. Good eats! Good sandwiches, great customer service, great old world décor, I’ll be back!

The skinny sandwiches are delicious and you don’t feel deprived. The décor is eclectic and they even have an performing artist sometimes adding to the atmosphere. Not to be missed the desserts! The sugar cookie and the shakes are my favorites.

Gnats and flies. Yuck. This place had lots of small flies around their drink center and gnats around the restaurant. Felt creepy that whole time I was there.

The shop is pretty nice. It has an old world theme going. Some faux(or maybe real) metal ceiling tiles. The sandwiches are pretty heavy on herbs or something, and they taste good at first, but then the real flavor hits you and it gets really weird. The deli meats had a kind of funky taste. As far as sandwich shops go, I’ve only noticed two different types of bread. One is a nasty, spongy variety devoid of texture like you’ll find at chains like Subway and Quiznos. The other type of bread tastes more like real bread, and you’ll find it at restaurants like Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s and and Great Outdoors. Unfortunately, Potbelly’s bread falls under the former category. It would’ve been a 2⁄5 for just the food, but I kind of liked the effort put into the interior so it gets a 3⁄5.

First time I went, not amazed(3 stars. maybe) Went back. WOW, what a difference. I ordered an Italian sandwich on wheat with all the fixings and a french onion soup. I’m a VERY picky person when it comes to french onion. I don’t know how. but they managed to capture my imagination. That soup and sandwich were kicking. I’ve been craving it for days and will have to come back now! Tada, welcome to the 4 star club.

Pros: online ordering is a snap, and you just walk right up to the counter and get your order, no waiting in line. Cons: The sandwiches just don’t bowl me over. And I don’t know what’s in their«seasonings», but i’ll never check that box again when i order. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. I had it on a tuna melt for lunch about 4 hours ago. If I have to burp one more time, i hope that seasoning taste is over with.

Average menu. Not a really large selection of sandwiches. Ordered Italian and they don’t have ANY vinegar. They also don’t ask you if you want your sandwich toasted or not they just do it.
