Nice Starbucks! {We all know that they are not all«nice”} :-) Customer service was quick and friendly. A few other Starbucks I’ve been to have had totally nonchalant to rude employees. This location is free from that type of foolishness. The young lady working the register was polite and patient. For some reason, my $ 2 off code was not working. For verification purposes, I showed her the code on my phone. She manually deleted $ 2 from my bill, kept me happy, and kept the line behind me moving. I know this seems like common sense, but I have had poor customer service experiences at other Starbucks locales, so kudos to this lady for embracing common sense. This location has a better selection of Starbucks food items as well. They had almost every salad, sandwich, and bistro box. Some of them are pretty good for a quick snack or lunch, so I was happy to use my $ 2 off to snag some lunch. I am putting this location into my Starbucks rotation.

Gotta be one of the snazziest SB I’ve visited ~ never knew any SB served or had wine eves! No pricing posted so must be a new concept they’re testing? Now that I think about it, not sure SB comes to mind when I think it’s time for wine. Interesting to see how it goes. This location is also extra roomy, great seating and plenty of gift options if shopping for an SB fan. And they also carry more than average food items if hungry.(Not to mention the staff is super personable and has big morning smiles to get your day off to a great start :)

When on Lemmon Ave, you do what the locals do: hit up the Starbucks before going next door to Potbelly’s. While the product is certainly consistent with that or the many thousands of stores nationwide, this location presents itself a little differently. The interior design seems to be newer, with an extended bar area on the right side of barista counter, and a lounge-type area closer to the bathroom area towards the rear of the building. Plenty of outdoor seating, yet do you really want to sit outside and chill out during a typical Dallas summer heat of 105 degrees? Maybe not now, yet certainly once cooler temps prevail. Customer service-wise? Friendly, prompt, and quite accurate. As one reviewer pointed out via a tip, there are plenty of wall sockets to plug in any of your electronic devices. I appreciated this aspect while seated at the bar area, of which there were several. You’ll notice quite a bit more closer to the floor around each table, to include the small lounge area close to the bathrooms. Pretty decent Starbucks location to stop into prior to getting into the afternoon traffic snarl when on Lemmon.

The worst. There is practically no one in here– took 10 minutes for an iced tea and my sandwich wasn’t ready for another 5 after that. Just frustrating when there’s no one in there but lazy staff.

Décor: 4⁄5 Service: 5⁄5 Food: 4⁄5 –There are two entrances. –Roughly eight tables with 2 – 3 seats each. –This is a busy yet friendly and efficient Starbucks –I like their pastries. I typically order the oat bar and the crumble coffee cake but this morning I decided to be adventurous and order the scone blueberry($ 2.45) and the raspberry swirl pound cake($ 2.75). The scone was moist in the center and dry around the crust. The cake was dense and delicious.

Quick staff and nice. The downfall is that this location is always super busy and the parking can be tough. Other than that it’s your normal Starbucks.

I won’t be coming to this one again, it’s the 2nd time it’s taken over ten minutes to get an iced tea. I’m a former employee and the lack of speed and focus the staff had should be addressed. Cashier was great with a smile! The guy on bar I hope was new, he made on drink at a time in slow mode. I even passed on ordering my manager something bc u can only imagine how long I would’ve been there. they only have one person on bar, with 4 people on the floor total on a Friday morning. I’m not even sure what the third and fourth staff were doing… checking coffee and in the back when the line was to the door or just looking at the line trying to appear busy. I wanted to get back there and manage the floor!

This is a super busy location… I am not a fan of 10 minutes or more waits for coffee and tea, but that is not out of the norm for this location during peak times. As with most Starbucks, their product is right on and served fresh by friendly folks, so I cannot fault them on that.

This is the second time I have stopped at this particular location. It is super close to work and just makes sense to swing by when I need a little extra kick in my step. While the coffee is tasty and the employees friendly, this location is packed around 7:30 a.m. Be prepared to wait ten minutes for your coffee.

They always make my difficult drink perfectly and the entire staff is very friendly. The outdoor seating area is a nice plus when the weather is good. And the new Boulangerie pastries are a welcome addition.

I don’t typically review chains where the product is standard, out of the box, always the same at each location. But I have to review this Starbucks location based solely on the service. This is my stop on my way to work a few times a week. The staff now know me by name and know my order! They are so friendly, and super efficient! They make my morning easier and put a smile on my face. Thanks guys!

Quicker Starbucks than some of the other locations in Uptown. Consistent experience — good pastries, good hot beverages and friendly, quick service!

I don’t know that I can add a lot that others haven’t said; it’s a newer store, easy to see from the street, no drive-thru, limited parking, easy access as long as there’s not a lot of traffic, a little tougher when there is. The interior is not huge, but it seems comfortable. The door that seems like it might be the front is actually the side, closest to the drink delivery area. On my visit, I only purchased an artisan breakfast sandwich, and it was prepared(translation: reheated) to perfection, with the artisan roll having the right amount of firm and soft. My only complaint(but it’s at all locations) is that the scrambled egg«patty» can be a little strange on texture. It’d sure be nice to have a poached egg instead. Still, the sammy was good, and I was on my way easily enough.

A new-ish starbucks with a good layout(i.e. a couple armchairs, a few 2 person tables), a quiet interior, and makes a good iced coffee. It seems to cater to the take out crowd more than the sit down for 4 hours crowd. However, location sucks… it’s at the corner of Inwood and Lemmon, which are both so congested sometimes, and makes this sbux hard to get to, with all the divided medians. Parking is also a pain, because there’s not enough spots for the number of businesses occupying this shopping center.
