Why? Why? Why? Even tho I know why. The D-Ya’ s were delicious. Too big and too much food for great prices. The Queso sauce? OMG! It was the stuff of dreams! I saved all my orders. I knew it wouldn’t last. Online ordering was great. Tip was included with the price. The driver would knock on the door, hand you your order, smile, tip his hat, and be off. No figuring tips, signing, searching for pens, it was so easy! I knew it. Phooey…

This store is closed. I put in an order online with no problems, drove down there, called to cancel my order because the whole street was closed for St. Patricks day stuff, and found out that it no longer exists. The best part? The exact same thing happened when they closed their Coppell location. Put in an order online, got my confirmation email, went to get it, and there was nothing there.

My advice on this one is to never order online. One of our meals weren’t even with us when I got home. The items we did have were pretty good though. Big portions for a medium quesadilla. But. what’s up the chip situation? We order queso and all we get is Literally 1⁄5 of the bag full. When I asked why, the guy said ” its because the owner has to buy it himself and they are complimentary” really, wth? When we pay for a big thing of queso off the menu, isn’t it like«Complimentary» to have some chips with that. The salsa is no different, you know the small sampling cups. yea, that’s right, 2 little cups for our 1⁄5 big. Lmao. All in all, the food was big portioned and had taste but the chips situation, order mix up and all of it coming to 30 dollars of just plain mistakes, yea, I’ll take my orders elsewhere.

We just had a quite miserable first time experience from D-Ya’s last night, surprisingly after what we read in the Observer. We ordered D-Ya’s online from the Greenville location at around 8:45 p.m. The site said it would take 50 minutes. At 10 p.m. when no food had arrived, I called the location to inquire about the delivery. I was put on hold, to which they forgot about me for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and then asked to speak with a manager. The manager got on the phone and couldn’t find my order in the computer, even though I offered to share the email confirmation with the order number. But when I told him my order, he said he remembered it and that it went out 25 minutes prior. Knowing that the food was going to be cold by the time it arrived at that point, I requested to cancel my order. He said he couldn’t refund my money since I ordered online. Extremely frustrated at this point, I asked him to call the driver to get an ETA then call me back. Another 10 minutes later after receiving no call back, I called the restaurant again. The manager said the driver should arrive at any minute. The driver finally did arrive at 10:35 — just under two hours after we had placed our order. The food was, of course, cold and soggy to boot. Untrained employees and overbooked drivers made our initial experience with D-Ya’s something to definitely forget about. Word of mouth travels fast, unlike D-Ya’s food delivery. If you want something hot and quick, stick with pizza.

Paul is a great business owner. He has a great business. Continue to support this concept and it will move up the ranks. FRESH ingredients in a nice size tortilla. What a great option to pizza. It was super good. The freshness blasted through. Not nasty amounts of cheese. No liquidy residue from vegetables. Held together super well. We loved Greenville area. Parking around that area kinda blows though. During the day it is easy. Saturday sucked.

I wasn’t all that impressed for my first visit. I see all the vehicles making deliveries and decided to try it out. I had the ragin Cajun d ya and left waiting for the flavors to hit my taste buds and it never did. Maybe I would have to comeback and try something else but as of now I won’t be rushing back here for dinner. Lemonade was awesome.

I’M SORRY, I have read all the reviews for this place and I have to disagree with all of them. I was debating on whether I should write my review based on my Unilocal Help Event experience or on a visit to the location. I chose to write it on my visit. I’m glad I didn’t write on the«sample» experience. I received a coupon from the event for a free queso. It was about to expire and I was passing by so I decided to go ahead and try the place, get my queso and write a smashing review. Sadly, this review isn’t going to smashing. When I arrived, the delivery guy was leaving and there was no other patrons there. I took a minute to look at the menu because there wasn’t anyone at the counter to greet me. When the cashier finally popped up she barely greeted me. I said I had the coupon for the free queso and then I also showed her the Unilocal check-in deal. She said it was no longer valid. I said that’s odd because it keeps popping up on everyones check-in. I said if it isn’t valid, then please inform the owners it needs to be taken down. So, then she says she will go ahead and honor it but I could only get a cup without a lid. It was small and I’m not sure if it was the standard small or the water cup. Either way, she begrudgingly handed it to me. I ordered the Brushetta-D-Ya hoping I would get a lot of flavor. I got the medium size because I was super hungry and figured it could be two meals. I was right on the size but the flavor was lacking. It was dry and I only seem to taste the tortilla. I know it had chicken along with sundried tomato and basil. But the balsamic glaze was missing in action. When I opened the bag, I expected to see a normal size queso and chips. I had a lot of chips but the queso was in a small condiment cup. Again, I’m not sure if that is the standard small or the cashier was just miffed she had to honor the coupon and the check-in deal. Either way, there were more chips than dip and that is never a good combo! I will not go out of my way to try this place again, but I will consider it if I’m in the area to give it another chance. I’m not writing this review to obtain anything free. I just want to inform the public because money is at a premium and folks should spend it wisely on the things they love and save them from wasting it on a novelty idea.

I work near the new Lake Highlands chain, and it’s great! We ordered it today for the second time. This time we tried the online delivery. I accidentally forgot to put my payment info or my coupon in when I ordered. But I called and spoke to Jimmy, who was very nice and very helpful. And the food – yum! I highly recommend getting the chips and white cheddar queso. So far I have tried the seafood d-ya and the veggie d-ya. They were both great, but I think I like the veggie one a bit better. I will definitely order again!

I had seen this place in passing and hadn’t really though twice about the food, simply due to the spelling of the name, but tonight I had the opportunity to try a couple of flavors at the Unilocal Helps event in Deep Ellum. I’m so glad I know about them now! I tried the two options available to me: a fajita-style chicken one and a vegetarian one. I preferred the vegetarian, as it seemed to have more cheese in it, and after all, that *is* where the«quesa-» in quesadilla comes from. I was also impressed by the fact that they deliver pizza-sized quesadillas. I am looking forward to trying some of the other flavors at some point.

I love their food, but I ordered a meal 1 hour and 20 minutes ago, and was quoted a 45 minute delivery time. I’m still waiting… I called and very politely asked 1) when the meal would arrive, and 2) how they could make it right. Apparently when I call next time, I can have a free, large queso. I used to love this place, but am rethinking my loyalty, as their customer service is severely lacking.

Had the traditional quesadilla salad. Was terrible. Chips, not so great either. Salsa, bland. White cheddar queso quite pleasing. Only thing good about their food was the seafood quesadilla which was awesome. Delivery was fast though forgot salsa. Delivered it after I called. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

Protip: Unilocalers get a free lemonade with Unilocal checkin! Mexican food is one of those types of food that I can usually only eat once a month because it’s always too heavy feeling for me. It’s one of those types of food that I usually exclude when asked where I want to eat. However, this place makes quesadillas something that I wouldn’t mind having a couple of times a month. It’s a very small restaurant along Lower Greenville, almost easy to miss too. Parking spots are limited, and the outside honestly doesn’t give it much promise. However, the inside is very clean and colorful and makes the experience a lot better. My friend and I split a small Smokey Mountain D-Ya which was enough for the both of us, although we honestly weren’t that hungry at the time. Seriously, this was THE best quesadilla I have ever had. The chicken was tender and not dry(one of my pet peeves with quesadillas), and the caramelized onions and bbq sauce made this quesadilla melt in my mouth. If this place wasn’t so far for me, I would definitely come back a lot more often. A great recommendation to those who love quesadillas and even those who don’t because once you try one, you’ll change your mind.

My first experience with Quesa-D-Ya’s was eating a friend’s leftovers. She’d ordered the Smokey Mountain, and it was pretty good after sitting in the fridge overnight. I decided to give them a try myself and ordered delivery a few weeks later. I ordered the Traditional, and I wasn’t as impressed. The food seemed really mediocre, and I felt like I could have prepared a better tasting quesadilla at home. I didn’t finish my food, but I saved the leftovers in the fridge. The next day, I ate what was left of my order and thought the food had improved slightly, though it still wasn’t anything I’d want to eat again. Maybe the secret to enjoying the food here is to eat it when it’s cold and a day older. If you want to try this place, I’d probably recommend trying some of their more unusual quesadillas and staying away from the kind that you could make yourself. I feel like there are better options overall for delivery in the area, so I don’t plan on ordering from this place again any time soon.

Need an alternative to pizza? Too lazy to drive through a drive through? This place has great choices for delivery(or pick up). I got a small veggie d-ya and after stuffing my face, I had some to save for later. I chose the pick-up option because to deliver to my area costs $ 5(vs $ 1.75). Cool idea!

It’s always good to have other options for craving night then pizza or Chinese delivery . They have a great options if you want to go healthy… It doesn’t have to be fried or with plenty of fattening cheese, simple taco with chicken and vegetables can do the job and you probably wont fill sorry after… The food is great and fresh and the portions are more then fair. The customer service is great(unlike the location in coppell as I can see from the reviews they got…), the guy had the passion to explain me on almost each item, offered me a better value combo meal and was very polite. I will go back(call back…)there.

I’ve ordered delivery from this place three times so far, and the first time I thought it was AMAZING, but the last two times.. . not so much? I ordered different things every time and maybe I just haven’t found my niche? Maybe that first order I made was just what I like there, and nothing else has tickled my fancy as much? I don’t really know. The quesadillas are huge. A small is enough for two meals if you’re ordering for one, plenty to share if you’re ordering for two. Especially since you’ll have to buy some cheese dip and chips to meet their minimum order for delivery($ 12 + fee). The small cheese dip is probably only big enough for one, and the last two times I’ve ordered the bags of chips they provide have been kind of measly, so you might want to add another bag to your order. Also, their chips go stale incredibly quickly — might as well eat them all at once, don’t plan on saving them to eat with any leftover cheese dip. The pulled pork quesadilla is yummy. I’ve had the Cajun one too, but it wasn’t for me. The other night I made my own(late night weirdo cravings) of shrimp, sausage, pineapple, corn salsa, and cilantro. It was pretty good to me at the time. Don’t get the churros though. Those are terrible. Chewy cardboard? Eh, no thanks.

This place is great. You get a delicious quesadilla the size of a pizza. The guacamole and chips are good too. Smokey Mountain D-Ya and Havana D-Ya Are the best, in my opinion. Hawaiian D-Ya is also very good.

Great place to cop a late night delivery, whether you need the«quay-sa-dilla» or a make your own salad. The delivery service was good, driver was friendly and chill. And you get a tremendous value for what you pay. I ordered the medium and was shocked at how big it actually was. Try it out.

Had this delivered at Level Ten for a training session on Geeky stuff that i have to do for work. So i didn’t get to judge the restaurant itself. At first, i thought we were stuck with pizza but with my surprise it was quesa-d-ya’s. They’re delivered in a non-descript plain white pizza box. The company doing the training ordered this brisket and a bbq one. I wasn’t a fan of the bbq one but the brisket one was pretty delicious. The white queso was very creamy and velvety. Their chips were very interesting as well. They had a more grainy texture and it tasted as if it were baked more than fried. The chips looked on the healthier fare than your regular tortilla chips. I tried a little of the salad as well. unfortunately, i didn’t have any dressing so i couldn’t fairly judge the salad. The salad was very peppery since it had a lot of Arugala in it. Overall this is a great concept. I’m very interested in trying it again.
