I am in here all the time. Just got some great duck boots for the fall in case the grass is wet at any of the tailgates we are going to. The guy helping me was super friendly and even ran upstairs to the loft to check on which colors he had in stock. Totally helpful and it’s all high quality stuff.

I am a fan. I got some Sperry’s and wasn’t sure if I was going to wear them all the time or never really where them, if you know what I mean. I had thought about getting them for a while but just wasn’t sure if it was a shoe I needed. Turns out that it was a good descion and I wear them a ton. Specially in the summer. They are pretty comfortable and I wear them in lots of situations where maybe before I might have worn flip flops or tennis shoes. I like mine a lot.

After having no luck finding any Sperry brand shoes in my size at any of the department stores near me, I was told to go check out the Sperry store at the Northpark Mall. I walked into the tiny store and was greeted by the manager. I told him about my trouble finding cute Sperry shoes in my size, and he told me about how some of his female employees had the same issue. He suggested I take a look around anyway, and if there was any shoe I was interested in he would check stock in the back. He also added that his female employees wore some of the men shoes and that I should see if there was any of those that I liked. I tried on different pairs, and he also pulled out some pairs in my size that he thought would look nice on me(and they did)! I’m not much of a shoe buyer because of all the frustration that comes with looking for nice shoes for my big feet, but the manager made my shoe shopping experience a very comfortable one. He was very polite, down to earth, and a great listener. Like… he was really *listening* to my first world problems about shoes, haha. I appreciated him really looking out for me, and all the other women like me that have a hard time finding nice shoes in bigger sizes. If you do happen to stop by the store and purchase something, do be sure to let him know that the store needs a bigger selection of bigger shoe sizes! That way he can request them from higher up(or the warehouse). Anyway, I easily give this location five stars. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and for the record… the store wasn’t filled to the brim with boxes when I got there!

The Sperry store inside Northpark displays a big selection of new arrivals that are advertised on their website(I checked the website before going) in addition to the classic topsiders. The store is small and cramped. The day I went, there were boxes of inventory stacked tall near the register, in front of the only full length mirror in the store, making the space even more cramped and effectively nulling the purpose of this mirror. The folks who work there look like young, well dressed, preppy high schoolers who pulled shoes but were otherwise pretty indifferent about their sales roles. There wasn’t a ‘sale’ section that I could see, and most of the shoes were full price, ranging anywhere between $ 80 – 150. They didn’t have my size 8 in one style, but did have it in the pair that I ultimately bought. So, I accomplished my shoe mission but the store and it’s sales team were average.
