I make sure to come here when I’m in town to treat myself to a day of beauty. They know their stuff here! It’s nice to talk about products with an expert, instead of researching online for hours. My skin fluctuates and I’ve finally found the perfect products for me, thanks to Lucia. Love the Darphin 8 Flower nector!

I USED to come here ALL the time to get my La Bella Donna make up since it is so hard to find — HOWEVER after today’s experience I will NEVER be back. I mistakenly bought the wrong color blush and did not try on in the salon. I literally put it on once. I tried to bring it back the next day and they were closed. I went back to return and she threw a fit! She asked why I didn’t you try it on in the store! I innocently responded that didn’t think I needed to. She rudely said to her front desk attendant as she THREW the blush on the desk in disgust to give her (me) whatever blush she wants, her return is worthless and we make no money, so give her what she wants so she can leave. The front desk lady and I were SHOCKED at her rudeness! By the way she was not only rude to me but she was rude to her attendant as well and spoke to her as if she was a complete idiot! I grabbed my blush and left. I ended up losing $ 15 in the «exchange» — I will never be back. I would rather pay $ 5 shipping every time than deal with her arrogant, rude, condescending, b*tchy attitude. She absolutely LOST a loyal customer. I’ve have not experienced terrible customer service like that in a VERY long time!
