I have been to Mastercuts several times to get a haircut as there really is not many options in Del Rio, TX and have not had an issue until today. In trying to get a haircut on a Sunday evening, I headed over to Mastercuts because they closed at 7pm. We arrived there at 6:35 only to be told they had just closed by the lady at the register. We were surprised and asked what time they closed today, and she said 7pm. When we told her it was still 20 or so minutes to 7, she just looked back to what she was doing and didn’t even respond. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be going there again – we will choose one of the other few options there are.

VERY VERY BAD. NOT the best place to go. It was an eerie experience… lots of hair-​cutting going on and no one saying a word. It was awkward, which wouldn’t be so bad if you got the haircut you wanted.
I said «all I want is a trim, just cut straight across»… THEN the stylist started cutting layers which I DID NOT WANT. And when I got home to further examine the haircut, I noticed it WASN’T EVEN CLOSE to straight. Stay far, far away from MasterCuts!!!
