The worst service ever! I needed lunch for a meeting. 70 people wanting lunch and it came 10 minutes before the meeting was over. It was almost a hour and a half late. Would not have been so bad if I hadn’t called days in advance to place the order and followed up just this morning to make sure everything was good to go. Also gave my cell phone number 3 times to make sure the driver did not get lost. They still called my office where of course I was not. Manager would not give me the franchise owner’s name, but I still called and complained. DONOT count on this store to be on time.

Jimmy John’s really corners the market in a few really important ways! For someone like me who doesn’t care to leave work for lunch, but doesn’t always have the time to make a lunch. J. J s is a lifesaver! It’s usually a two minute or less phone call away, a payment over the phone, and whal-la, a meal delivered by a friendly driver. right to your door! I really should be giving a 5 star review, the only thing I wish they could do is toast the sandwich, upon request, and slice the sandwich in half! I have used numerous locations, this particular one more recently, and have had great results across the board! Thank you !

What I like about this place is that if I need a quick bite, I can get in and out of there within 30 seconds. What I don’t like is when I get my sub home and it only has ham in it. Nothing else. :(

This place has been hit or miss last summer when we used to get delivery it was relatively quick, not as fast by Jimmy John’s standards but fast enough. Lately it has been much worse taking at least and hour. The one thing I can say is the last driver that came to my door actually seemed to care because he called and told us he was the only driver because his co-worker no call no showed and apologized for being so late.

Extremely slow delivery. Consistently over an hour wait time to make a sandwich and deliver .5 miles away. I’ve dismissed it and continued to order like a fool… and surprise… it’s still that bad. Pray they don’t forget any part of your meal, because it took ANOTHER hour to get the pickles they forgot in my order. Plenty of other sandwich shops, i’ll find a new one. Nothing special on taste/quality, pretty consistent but nothing that can’t be duplicated in your own home or exceed your expectations and find a new one.

I frequent this shop! They are speedy and accurate with in shop orders. And everyone is super nice. No weird people like one cashier I can think of over at 52nd and Wads location. My «unwich» is always perfectly made!

Maybe this place doesn’t know how to make a proper sandwich. My mother does it even better. They always make a sloppy job with their sandwiches. Even the delivery service is a failure. They have nice staff though.

I order from this Jimmy John’s at work about 2 – 3 times a week. My options are EXTREMELY limited based on the location I work in, and even though Jimmy Johns charges me about $ 11 for a sandwich and chips, I always tip drivers more than 20%. I consider myself to be very friendly seeing as how I, too, work in customer service. I am very understanding to those working in the field, and as someone who has owned a business before, very hesitant to write any kind of nasty reviews. That being said– 95% of the time, the food arrives a «freaky» 30 – 45 minutes after I place the order, there is almost ALWAYS something wrong with my sandwich,(no lettuce, extra mayo when I ask for NO mayo, no cheese when I pay for cheese, etc.) my pickle is not cut the way I asked(silly– but details, people!), and they forget to bring the mayo packets I asked for. Today, my sandwich arrived 35 minutes after I ordered, was covered in extra peppers(when I asked for easy peppers) and the bread was completely SOAKED in mayonnaise and pepper juice. It’s home-made sandwiches for me from now on. Thanks!

Freaky fast? Try sluggish slow. 45 minute delivery time when I was less than a block away. I called the manager and he was very apologetic, and paid for my sandwich(thus the 2nd star). However, my order was wrong. Free sandwich that I dont want and had to wait far too long for? Get it together Jimmy John’s! Your food isnt good enough for me to waste(more) time ordering again.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location 10 times or so, and I don’t think I’ve ever received my sandwich within 40 minutes of ordering. Even if I order during non peak hours, it takes them forever, sometimes over an hour. Not sure if they’re understaffed or if they’re just lazy, but either way it’s unacceptable.

Love the food. Hate having to wait over an hour. Freaky Slow Delivery for a sandwich and never getting it. Ordered online. They had my number if the delivery was not going to be freaky fast. Never heard from them I called them three times. First time they told me they only had three drivers but my order was next out and the driver was about to leave. Second time 20 min later told me they had only two drivers and again it was going out the door. The third time another 15 min called still not on its way. I had to cancel the order couldn’t wait over a hour for a sandwich. They didn’t seam to be concerned about losing my order. Now let’s see if they Refund it.

I ordered for pick up and I wanted to write this review more about how impressed I was with how professional the service was and also how quickly they got the food to my place. Just like any other fastfood place, most people know what they’re getting and, in this case, I had the Vito which was good and perfect for what I was looking for today.

Not usually a reviewer on chains so much, but this location rocks. Came here STARVING after a good day on the slopes on the way home; totally was not feeling cooking or cleaning or anything. The place was staffed by a SINGLE person, a dude, who was obviously being bombarded with calls and orders. But he was cheerful, smiling, polite, and way fast with our subs. I think I’d have gotten a bit flustered in his situation, but he handled it well. Subs were tasty and filling as always.
