Spectrum Cleaning and Restoration

We used Justin to clean our carpet in our home. One of the animals made a small mess and Justin was able to get the stain out and our carpet looks like it is new!

We had what ended up to be a sewer line overflow in our basement (new homeowners). When we initially called Justin at Spectrum, we thought we just needed the wet spots on the carpet washed. He came out on a Saturday evening to check it out, and he informed us that carpet that has touched sewer water needs to be removed completely and discarded. So, he spent his Saturday night tearing out our carpet and putting in fans and de-​humidifiers. Luckily, he didn’t automatically tear out our drywall and base boards. Our insurance adjuster. said that this was the most honest company he’d ever seen do clean up! Justin came out again on Sunday and left the fans and de-​humidifiers one more day. When he couldn’t come back on Monday, he didn’t charge us the extra day. What’s more, the bill for the services he did charge us was completely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Spectrum and will be using them again to clean our newly installed, sewer water free carpet!
