All Home Apartment Movers

Whatever you do don’t give All Home Apartment Movers your business. I scheduled a move with them about a week before I was suppose to move. They didn’t show up on moving day so I call to inquire where they were. I was informed that they had no record of me booking the time slot and asked me if «I had called back a couple days before the move to confirm.» To which I replied «no, if anything shouldn’t you call me to confirm?» The gentleman on the phone told me that they tell everyone to call and confirm because «they are too busy to call customers.» I was never told to call and confirm the move and would have done so happily if I was instructed to do such. The guy on the phone told me that they had a slot open for then next day but there was nothing he could do for me today and didn’t apologize for anything. Long story short Two Men and a Truck bailed me out and accommodated me and my last minute move. Cannot stress enough what a rink-​a-​dink operation All Home Apartment Movers is. Wish I could give negative stars.
