I would give this establishment 5 stars because of the kindness of the manager at that establishment ! Our food was good actually being a pizza and since I hadn’t been back to a chuck since my daughter was one we returned and pizza was delicious I ate most of it –_– also area was clean and the place was a good time for my daughter ! The problem was the girl with the ghetto nails and black hair and horrible attitude ! My daughter wanted something from the lower ticket area and the girl said«unless your going to lift the glass yourself I can’t give it to you!» I’m like whoa and said sorry then I thought to myself why am I sorry I’m the customer and I told her how was I suppose to know it’s broken and she says«now you know» bothered I told her manager and she was upset that she gave me the whistles in a matter of seconds and said«it’s not broken you just have to nudge it a bit !» Such a kind person ! My point here is if you hate your job and you don’t like customer service what the heck are you doing there go somewhere in the back where your not needed to be kind to people !

Every machine is broken and even counting ticket machine is broken too. But the staffs are nice to help and give us extra tickets to exchange toys …

Pizza is good. Not as crowded as most. Would love more games to choose from like back in the days. Salad looked good until I found a dead fruit fly in between the salad. Thank god I didn’t eat it. Lost my appetite after seeing that. Wonder how the kitchen is. Will only go back if I had to.

It’s exactly what it is, kids love it, not much else matters. Games are all one coin which is nice.

I gave this place 3 stars only because the crowd is better then most of the other ones. The bathrooms where not stocked and the employees seemed very disorganized. I would return but only if I had too.

It was really crowded during the weekend. The play ground is smaller and I thought. My kid liked it though. I like the food and people, but compared to the size of play area, too mamy kids running and sometimes. oit of control. So if u have a small kid, be aware of that.

This is the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I’ve ever visited. I did go during the week so I’m not sure how this location is on the weekend but my visit was great. Food came quickly, order was correct and the salad bar was fresh and clean. All of the games are new and every game we played only took one token. My two boys had a blast. We will for sure be back again.

The food is good here. I was surprised being that it is a kids place where the food is usually not that great. Not to happy with the beer selection though. But what do you expect from a kids place. Overall, the employees do a very good job with trying to stay organized for the birthday celebrations. Would definitely have a party here for my soon to be daughter.

Fun and cheap place to bring your kid to entertain them for a few hours. The pizza is actually good here as well, buffalo wings taste like the ones from the microwave but that’s okay. They just got new rides recently.

I’ve been to other Chuck E. Cheese’s, it was«always» somewhere I didn’t care to go to, but couldn’t avoid the invites for many of the kid birthday parties, and thrown one or two, myself. But this place is very clean, from the games right down to the bathrooms. The salad bar is always kept full and immaculate, too. Now, I take my youngest every time he’s had a good week at school. It’s nice to just watch him and know he’s not a walking germ bug. Thanks to the kind general manager. Hooray!

Had a birthday party here for my daughter. Kim was a great host that made everything easy from start to finish! The pizza was delicious and so were the wings. Salad bar can be improved. It is not as crowded and the crowd is tamer than other Chuck E Cheeses. This is our go to one in the area.

Great and friendly. So quiet on a Thursday night. Service was great tonight… they did not hesitate to give my kids extra tickets or prizes… just to make my girls smile. Highly reccomend and it was clean, food was better than I expected. Thanks!

I have 2 nephews, 2YO and 1YO. I was babysitting and wanted to take them somewhere fun. This place was perfect for them because it was big enough where they were entertained for a couple of hours but small enough where it wasn’t overwhelmingly crazy for them. I feel like this place would be boring for any kid 4 and above though. This place was perfect for my nephews because they’re too young to know that the games at Chuckecheese can be purchased. So we spent the entire time pretending to play the games and had a blast without spending a single quarter. Aunt Ohhee — 1

I love and enjoy this Chuck e cheeses! I went to few others and for GOD sakes I don’t know what I was thinking! His place is super clean I always see the workers cleaning and it doesn’t smell like sweat and cheese! The food is good and the salad bar is always full. Always have great soda! It’s small compare to other cheeses but I remind myself to a child it’s big not to an adult… my son loves it here! I have never been disappointed here, a lot of the rif-raf don’t come here so they are nice kids that my son plays with! If you want a nice fun clean cheeses this is the one! Fullerton, Covina and Pomona are nasty and be prepared with ghetto parents and disobedient children… not my diamond bar location. Workers keep up the good work! It’s noticeable!

The mechanical animal people scare me. I so sure they come out to feast on children every thirty minutes. Yes. Lure the tikes with tixs. But they have Doodle Jump here. Only costs one token. Amazing. And ski ball never gets old.

I hadn’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in over a decade. A college friend and I celebrated our 19th birthday parties here to be funny, and I went a few times as a kid… I only remembered bad, flavorless pizza and Chuck E. making little kids cry. I was pleasantly surprised recently to come back and find a revamped menu and much, much better food. Chuck E. still makes kids freak out, but it’s kind of funny to watch. Don’t judge me. Chuck E. Cheese is never the classiest place, no matter the location. Most parents seem to let their kids run wild as they sit at the booths and chat, so you really have to keep an eye on the kid you bring to make sure there isn’t any cutting in lines for games, ticket theft, or other bad behavior… you’re on your own for that. The mozzarella sticks, fries, and chicken tenders were actually pretty good! It was also cool that they stamped everyone’s hand coming in… on the way out, the kids’ stamp has to match the parent’s stamp. Simple but cool idea. The prizes were a little more lame than I remember(we got a good number of tickets but were stuck with a folded paper fortune teller) but we still had fun. Don’t hate, but I also just discovered that Chuck E. Cheese serves alcohol. Beer and wine on tap(yes, wine on tap) for around $ 3. I was incredibly curious, so I ordered wine(the choices were«Chardonnay» and«Blush» labeled on the taps) and was given a full plastic cup of it. I guess if parents can get drunk on the cheap, they’ll be happier to keep their kids here longer and hand them more ticket money? Great idea!

It was pretty small and my mother recommend not I enter the restroom. From the previous reviews I read, I take it my mother wasn’t the first one to experience it. I went yesterday for my twin brothers’ birthday and they enjoyed it and although I personally didn’t enjoy it, as long as my brothers liked it is what mattered. I like that you can bring your own cake. They should maybe try updating their characters on stage though. They look kinda bored themselves. The staff was pretty nice as well and I like that is kinda hidden so it’s not always so crowded. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere small and affordable to take little toddlers.

This Chuck E Cheese is randomly located by itself next to office buildings, which I find a bit strange(perhaps rent is really cheap.) I came here last Sunday afternoon for a 2 year old birthday party. The party area isn’t as big as other Chuck E Cheese’s. The pizza was actually pretty good, wasn’t too greasy. The texture was just right. I liked that they had apple flavored soda! I wish Chuck E Cheese would’ve stayed out longer for photo ops, but he just came out did a quick wave in the front and then that was it. The prize selection is similar to other Chuck E Cheeses’. The apple crisp pie was really good! Just the right amount of sweetness! I noticed that there wasn’t that the dining area for the general public is a bit small. The restrooms were pretty bad; hence, a 3-star. It was barely the middle of the day and it was already pretty gross. Parking is plentiful and easy.
