Domino’s Pizza

Ordered Online, Delivery was suppose to be 30 to 40 minutes. Took 1 hour 20 min. Forgot stuff, driver apologized and when asked for some crushed red pepper, they were gonna charge me (company policy now, even when the service is poor). Called in, not much help. Really disappointed.

I placed my order of 40pc wings online a day before I needed, but was bit worried that it will not deliver on the time (as some Unilocal review comment it took too long). But everything went smooth and it was delivered on time! Thanks for making boss’ birthday surprise a success!

I’m giving the 5 stars on the fact that the owner, Joe, called me back to explain the changes in policy that I did not like. I still don’t like the rules, but I do give Joe a lot of credit for reaching out and taking ownership of a problem that wasn’t even his.
Joe showed that he really wants to keep his customers happy.
Now, the reason I originally submitted feedback was to give corporate my opinion about charging for Parmesan cheese and dramatically shrinking the size of the pizzas. I wasn’t expecting anything, I just wanted to express my dislike in the policies.
Unfortunately corporate didn’t want to speak to me so they escalated my complaint to the franchise owner; who has no control over Dominoes policies. If I could give 1 star to the company for overall satisfaction I would, but this location is a 5 star location as far as taste, quality, and service.

I order from this place only because I’m hungry and not because I’m in search of the best pizza. With that said they have forgotten my side sauces multiple times, drinks twice, have been asked for my cash payment when I ordered with my credit card, and have signed a box sticker because they forgot the reciept. FML
P.S we called back about my missing soda the second time and they said that it would be sent out. STILL WAITING ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS!

So I ordered 8pc hot wings. And apparently dominos includes the chickens feet in it. Why? Because I got a freaking FOOT!!!

I order pizza once in a while. So I decided to order from Domino’s online. It’s more efficient than having to call the store to make the order. It took about 45 minutes to make aand deliver my order.

We usually order pizza once or twice a month. First thing I want to say is I LOVE THE APP! Ordering online is 100% more efficient than calling, waiting forever, then having to repeat yourself cuz they can’t hear you! It’s fast & super easy! I totally love the convenience! With that being said I also have to throw out a recommendation… so we wanted to try something different on our pizza so we got it with the garlic parmesan white sauce, chicken, bacon, feta cheese & sometimes mushrooms! Oh man, it’s soo good. It’s always hard deciding that I want to order cuz I always want to order one of everything! Love the Buffalo wings of course, the chicken habanero sandwich, the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, the chicken carbonara pasta & of course the pizzas! Along with the pizza I told you about above, this last time we ordered the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza, which I don’t usually get cheese cuz I feel like it’s so plain, but this pizza is really good! I’d definitely get it again!!! So far, we haven’t encountered any problems or «road rash» pizzas! Lol. Ordering through the app is a breeze & everyone who has delivered our orders have been polite & professional! No complaints here.

I love the pizza wings and bread. They are really five star food. It was the service that really brought down the star. Two people at the front taking orders and did not even acknowledge the customers. Luckily I ordered online. The pizza is just that amazing I do like it more than round table idk what everyone’s hoopla about that place.

I’ve ordered there three times, and all three times I did not receive my order until an hour and a half later minimum. The pizza was cold and past its time. Horrible experience here, guess third time was not the charm. Never ordering from here again!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Every single order I’ve placed in the past few months took about an hour and half to get delivered. The funny thing is, I live one light away from the store. Customer service is horrible!!!

I order my gluten free pizzas form this place once a week. Great staff, great service, especially the manager Joe, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

The food is really fresh. Out of the 2 years I have ordered from them they have only messed up my order once and they gave me a free meal for their mistake. Great lunch option.

I love pizza and there are so many options in Diamond bar for it. But this dominoes has earned my respect and loyalty, I asked the guy taking my order if he would help make a customized order that was out of the ordinary. He put me on hold to consult with his team members and agreed to help me with the request. I was so happy and shocked that they were willing to follow through with the request that they’ve earned my loyalty for the rest of my pizza life, kudos to Dominoes!

$ 1.25 for peppers and Parmesan each? What a joke, I will not be back to this location.

Initially I was going to give this place one star. Not only were they late with my delivery (I let it slide because it’s a Friday night) BUT they brought me the wrong pizza!
HOWEVER after calling and explaining to them what happened the gentleman on the phone informed me they will deliver my correct order and refund me. So here I am waiting another hour for my delivery. Finally the delivery guy gets here with my correct order BUT didn’t have my refund :/​ (lack of communication) he calls his boss I assume and his boss told him to let me know another guy will be back with my money. I was upset and annoyed but anyway I agreed and he leaves. Less than one minute later the pizza delivery guy (wish I would’ve got his name) knocked on my door and paid me with his own money! If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is! I truly appreciate this young mans gesture! I hope his boss recognizes him for his outstanding customer service! Thank you mystery pizza delivery guy!

I regularly order carry out here and the service is excellent. It must be an exciting time to be a part of dominos with all the changes going on or something, because the workers here usually seem happy to be doing their job.

My go-​to pizza place. Convenient and fast service.

We always order online and every time I order I ask for ranch which is $.50. I’ve ordered online well over 15 times and they never bring it. I mean I know it’s $.50 but how annoying that I pay for something and never receive it. The store doesn’t pack it and the drivers never check. I need a reimbursement or something. This is super frustrating. Don’t put add on sides on the online menu if you can’t deliver the right way. Very unhappy at this point.

This location is franchise and not a corporate store. The owner is a cheap ass and has cut off giving you parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers with your pizza order. If you ask for condiments they will offer to sell you a shaker for $ 1.
They claim it’s a corporate decision, but of course that is BS. If you are going to be a tight ass and not give condiments to your paying customers then a least take the heat for it. Stop lying about it. If you ask to talk to a manager about it, the manager is conveniently out of the store all the time.
$ 1 is not a lot of money, but it’s the principal. Don’t ask you customers to pay for cheese or peppers. Bill it into your prices if that’s the case. When you get a burger and fries, do they charge you for ketchup? When I get tacos, should I get charged for salsa? It’s the cost of doing business. Talk about penny smart, but dollar dumb.
