Denny’s

Food was good, service was quick… My only problem was the standards of the restroom… Horrible my thoughts if you allow the restroom to look like this how is the kitchen

If I can give a Negative 5 star I would.
We were seated right away. After our order was taken, it took 45 mins — HR to get our food. Then when the food comes out, it’s burned. Nasty to taste and food was cool to touch. GROSS!!!
Denny is a big food chain… Why do they only have 1 cook. It’s ridiculous!!! I don’t care if it’s pack, that does not excuse them from serving the food at a timely manner.
I hate Denny’s with a passion.

Ordered a lumber jack slam and the bacon was literally charred. It looked like little black sticks. Took an hour to seat and there was multiple booths empty and cleaned.

One of the best Denny’s the people are nice ask for Shirley she’s always on point and she’s really nice!

EACH time I visit here, the service gets worse. First few visits, I left satisfied with the service. However, the past few visits were extremely disappointing. Today was the worst. They were quick with taking out order but it literally took our server, Gloria more than ten minutes to realize that our food was out. I saw her passing by the food acting like she didn’t see that it was out for more than five times. After waiting for 20 minutes for our food, she finally got it. During the time she could have gave us our food, she was just roaming around doing other things. Service is WAAAAYYY too slow over here. What’s funny is that the manager didn’t do anything about it when he totally knew our server was fucking up. I’d rather go to IHOP across the street lol

Our waiter Eric provided excellent customer service and I would come back just to have him serve us again. The management should appreciate his work. And the food is great.

No internet. What is going on. Too bad I didn’t ask for coffee maybe I would of got Maxwell house. Food is curable for hunger pains. Step up with the other locations

Stop in for breakfast and its Denny’s.
Pros: large menu of selections, Breakfast, lunch, dinner served all day
Cons: not the best Chefs

The service is mediocre. Now on to the most important part the FOOD. I ordered the Quesadilla Burger and the meat came to the table with absolutely no temperature what so ever. It was quite obvious that it appeared to be reheated burger pattie. It was disgusting. The other order came to the table ok, maybe they allowed my order to sit while my company’s order was being prepared. Completely disappointing.

This Dennys served me the saddest pancakes I have ever seen. I mean I could make some better pancakes drunk and with my dick in one hand. I wouldn’t recommend this Dennys. Just go to the Norms down the street you’ll get more bang for your buck.

My bf and I came here at around 2am on a Saturday, so we expected it to be a little busy, but it took them 30 minutes just to get us seated even though there were 4 tables open and clean the entire time we were waiting. Once we were seated, nearly every other group or couple that came after us was seated instantly, wtf? Our server never introduced herself to us and then got our orders wrong. The food took another 20 minutes or so to come out and we were starving, so we didn’t send it back on fear of never getting any food back. My boyfriend’s bacon was undercooked and he got the wrong bread, and my eggs were undercooked (and also cooked in the wrong style). Our server was also very rude and basically grabbed my cup out of my hand and refilled it while I was in the middle of drinking it.

Went to this Denny’s tonight 10:10pm for dessert. Walked in, and someone that appeared to a manager had us wait to be seated while he charged a customer. He stood there looking around while there was clearly a booth in front of us, and took another customer to charge the bill before seating us 20 mins later.
All we ordered was a coffee, strawberry pancake puppies and the caramel apple crisp (already baked pie with a scoop of ice cream)… we waited about 30 mins to get our food.
Our server Eric was nice. There were only 2 servers in the restaurant, a third person picking up dirty plates, and 1 cook. Every booth had customers, as well as a couple of tables in the center of the room… why in the world would you have limited staff on a Thursday night with bars all around you.
I kept an eye on your food and saw the manager put our plates on the serving tray and yelled to our waiter to bring us the food while he was serving other tables… the manager was just standing there, and our food was just sitting there for 10 minutes. In my opinion Eric was not the problem, lazy manager or owner or what ever he is needs to get it together. This isn’t the first time we had this problem at this Denny’s, but it’s the last.
The manager kept looking at us because I think he knew we were upset. By the time we got up to pay our bill, he was no where to be found and left the one other waitress to take our bill.
The food is not worth the wait or service at this Denny’s until you get new management who actually know how to run a restaurant and can lead by example… I’ll be going to Norms down the street from now on. They have great customer service, and they’re quick with service and the food is better.

Eric is the best server and gave us awesome service. The food came out in a reasonable time even though it was pretty packed in there. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

DO NOT come to this location! Not only did my gf and I receive bad service, I forgot my credit card when I payed for my food only to come to find out that either the manager on duty or an employee used it without my consent. I know this for a fact because during the time my credit card was at this location (while I was at work) and I went back at night to claim it my bank statement reflected the multiple unauthorized transactions made. I spoke to the general manager Ali who told she would get back to me with a solution, and to no surprise she did not.

Rodolfo was an amazing server. he was fast and friendly. our food came within 10 minutes. food was great too.

Horrible service… they really need to get their act together. We overheard two other tables complaining about the slow service… it wasn’t even crowded. I came here for dessert and my sundae arrived almost completely melted because the staff couldn’t find the Oreo topping. When I told the manager about my melted Ice cream he said «oh she’s new»…corporate really needs to do something about this place.

Good service, good food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
For 7,99 your tummy will feel totally full :) and the service is good too.

So I have an AARP card, yes, a 25 year old has a VALID AARP account. I’ve booked flights with it, and used it at other Denny’s with it. Usually there’s no problem as long as I show them my ID. But this prick of a manager looked at me and condescendingly said «are you 60?» Really? Go fuck yourself, he asked me twice more after I told him that it’s my account that I got from my dad who isn’t even 60 yet but he’s obviously not smart enough to comprehend a normal train of thought.
I told him to just forget it and give me my card back, to which he replied «well let’s see if it works.» OF COURSE IT’S GOING TO WORK! IT’S VALID UNTIL NEXT YEAR!
I held my tongue overall because I was with friends and I hate when they see me ticked off… But that’s not the only reason why I’m giving this place 1 star.
The restaurant had maybe 2 – 3 other tables taken up when we got in at maybe 1.30am. We just wanted some coffee and dessert, so obviously it wouldn’t take long to scoop out ice cream and make a sundae and shake… But it took almost 30 mins to get our orders out. We were seated behind a wall and probably forgotten about for a spell, and why we were put there I have no idea, all the other tables in the main sitting area were completely open…
I’m glad I hardly frequent this area. This location is horrid to say the least.

HORRIBLE! !! worst dennys experience ever! !!! I’ll try to keep it short. … mom ordered breakfast omelet and specifically made sure that there were no mushrooms even had the waiter repeat it NO MUSHROOMS. severe allergy. SHE GETS THIS WEAK LOOKING OMELET, SCARCE IN CHEESE OPENS IT UP TO FIND DROWNED IN MUSHROOM. coffee was warm and old tasting. I ordered a vanilla shake… it was melted, no thickness at all. My serloin was freezer burned, macaroni was old and microwaved. LOADED potato soup was unloaded with pure salt and water and cold.
Nightmare! !!! I tipped the waiter and we left.
I loved danny’s in the past. I was looking forward to a great steak. … no more, bad experience.

Alright. Here’s where to start.
I’ve been im so many Denny’s in my life, but lately during the evening service, it’s really dead.
First of all, a resturant of any sort that is open ²⁴⁄₇ should not have less than 2 cooks in the kitchen. Having that low of cooks can have your customers waiting for their food too long, and it gets annoying.
Secondly, this one also had about three to four waiters serving tables still one cook. But of course later that evening, there was another one, so I’m guessing they called him up or maybe it was his shift.
The problem for this kind of thing leads up for food to be cold, like my cheese quesadilla to be cold and not warm and nice as it should be.
I wish that they could improve that now :/​BUT better than the Denny’s I went to last month
