Denny’s

The manager, Jose, is the saving grace of this place. Our waitress wasn’t very helpful or friendly so we decided to leave. But the manager stopped us at the door and promised to make things right. He is SUPER friendly & easy-​going. And an ace at customer service. He personally waited on us! The cook was very good, all food was fresh and just as we ordered. He turned a bad experience into a pleasant one.

We walked in and the table was ready. Water and coffee all set up! Now thats Great service!

Service was okay when we sat down, but then our Orange Juice, coffee and water came out in filthy glasses, we then looked at our silverware and that was also dirty so we asked for plastic cups and utensils. We placed our order and our food came out but one of the orders were wrong we ordered chicken instead of steak, the manager took it back but the waitress had an attitude, the manager the comes back and says «you have to make sure you order exactly what you want» as if we have never ordered food at a sit down restaurant before, now there are TWO Philly Melts, one chicken the other steak, now being a waitress myself in a very busy restaurant here’s a TIP, if we didn’t say Chicken which we did the waitress should notify her customer by saying which would you like, the chicken or steak Philly. Food was Denny’s, service was bad, but they tried to be nice about it. Won’t be back!

A bad representation of Denny ‘s. They seated us pretty prompt. But after that, the waiter staff act like they don’t see you. Idk how?, when after they Sat us down we were eye to eye with the waiter. Never was asked for a drink or anything. I think they prejudge you as soon as you walk in. But wasn’t even gonna stick around to leave a penny tip. There tip went from 20% to 0 in about 5mins… Dibby dibby service. I recommend they retrain staff or get rid of some bad weeds that are setting a bad example…

Don’t think I’ve ever waited so long to be noticed to be seated in a restaurant. Some nice old lady stood by the cash register for a good 10 min and no one went to help her. If I were her, I’d just leave. I would’ve given this place 0 stars off the bat. The only redeeming thing was that our server was at least very friendly. And this place seems cleaner than most Denny’s. But yeah, hopefully this is just a one time thing but honestly, there are so many Denny’s around to choose from that I doubt I’d ever come back to this one.

The reason I give this place a one star is because it’s the lowest I can go. The waitress got our order wrong on numerous occasions, ignored us when we called her on multiple occasions, and never once came to check up on us to see if we needed refills. The cook also needs to learn how to cook eggs especially when your establishment is known for its breakfast. Overall a bad experience. Just wanted to get our check and leave.

Build your own. Hash browns well done with a cup of grease. Worst food and service. Server didn’t even say a word when I told her I couldn’t eat this

They have the worst service ever! We had order around 8am and didn’t get our food till almost 9am took them an hour to bring our food! They I had ordered a groovy mango smoothie and they bring everyone else’s drinks and the lady says do you still want your drink? No shit I ordered it for a reason!!! Plus my mother in law, sister in law, and her son ordered coffee and they took literally 45 minutes to come refill the drinks. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Very good, I got the salmon and it was delicious. I shared the dr. doom lava cake with my sister and the cake was steaming and was perfect with the chocolate ice cream, I wish I had moreeee

I must say this was the best experience ever!!! It’s hilarious that I had such an amazing time at Denny’s lol! I come here every year and service is always decent but today I had to write a review !!! Gerardo our waiter was the best !!! Sooooo happy and inviting quick and on point!!! Today is my birthday so I asked what meal I get free he right away acknowledged my birthday and even had the staff come to my table and they all sang me happy birthday with free ice cream !!! I was sooooo shocked and filled with joy I actually cried !!! thank you Denny staff for starting my birthday off right!!!

Bad service. Food is just a little below average. There are many great American breakfast places to go to besides this one. Our server took forever to bring us an extra plate and extra set of utensils. We had to ask multiple times and that’s when she finally brought it over. Don’t waste your time.

One star. I’m done giving this place chances. The girl Gaby is always rude. She has that stuck up attitude on the phone like she is better than everyone. Already spoke with management and will take this to corporate. We go to this place 2 – 4 times Weekly because of the heathy options they do have. But I’m done. Try at your own risk. Manager will do his best to fix the problem. But Gaby and the girls at the front are rude bitchs. Good luck calling in to go orders.

I came here late last night. Honestly I was very disappointed in everything at this franchise! When you first enter they don’t have a Host or Hostess to seat you, so you have to wait until you can get the attention of a Server. Even then they don’t greet you and just tell you to follow them…
I requested a table next to an outlet so I could charge my phone, and the outlet didn’t have a cover, which is extremely dangerous having open wires.
I had a male Server that worked with attitude! Absolutely ridiculous! I was quite upset when I was trying to get his attention to ask for some water, and he would raise his voice at me.
I ordered the Chicken Steak with Eggs over easy, and half way through my meal I found a hair in my hash browns! That was the end of my meal. I just stopped after that.
My friend ordered a Lumber Jack Slam, which looked fine. He didn’t finish his order either.
Overall, this would be a horrible location, filled with bad employees

A life-​saver restaurant, as I was looking for a place after hours. The parking lot was so-​so, but the restaurant inside looked pretty neat. My pancakes order was overcooked, but the server had exchanged a new plate for me. I found out they had routine cleanup schedules in every month.

This is my go to spot for a quick, last minute breakfast. This particular Denny’s has been recently remodeled. It has plush comfy booths which is a nice touch. I like that there is never a long wait and the servers are quick and very friendly.
As for the food, it’s good not great. My baby girl prefers it to Ihop so that’s important to me. I like the healthy breakfast. Not that I don’t try the buttermilk pancakes that my daughter always orders ;). She usually orders the «build your own slam. You basically combine and 4 items for $ 7.
There is plenty of parking as they are located in a large shopping center where Target and some other random stores are located.
There is an ATM machine located inside. They also have very clean bathrooms.

So I go here this morning and the waiter goes to the table behind me first. I got there before them and she took there order first. I hear the waiting telling the guy Como le gustas los huevos he said Como le gusten uste she said no pienso k le gusten como me gusta a mi and he said pues como le gusta pues and she said bien pegaditos al culo … This lady has no manners!

I can’t even begin to tell you how awful and unsanitary it is at this Denny’s. Their customer service is horrible. I’m a special education teacher and decided to take my kids to Denny’s to celebrate the end of summer school. They wouldn’t give the kids any sort of discount. (I’ve been to IHOP and they gave my kids free pancakes).
We arrived there and they sat us down. Prior to ordering I asked the waitress to give us separate checks because each of us brought our own money. She gave me the worst attitude when I asked.
Well, we finally got our food and I was just starting to think everything was going smoothly until I found two curly hairs in my scrambled eggs!!! I almost gagged! I still can’t think about it without wanting to throw up.
Don’t ever come here!!!

Great customer service but the food is not great at all. The kid’s pizza was gross. I didn’t even want to touch it. It was made on a premade crust and just kind of just nuked in the microwave for a few seconds.
It was so weird looking that I couldn’t even bring myself to feed it to my son.
Kid’s pizza=0/5 stars.
The kid’s orange juice was a good size and was good.
I ordered just a regular cup of coffee and an English muffin which were pretty good.
My husband ordered a sandwich with egg and cheese and they got it wrong two times.
The 1^st time they added ham when we asked specifically for no ham.
The 2^nd time they just pulled it out of the sandwich and gave it back. Which was gross to him because he doesn’t eat that meat.
The 3^rd time my husband had to ask for a new sandwich.
But the server was really nice about the whole debacle. Our server was Maria and she was amazing.

It’s been well over 2 decades since I stepped foot in a Denny’s. So this experience feels totally new to me. I had no idea what’s on their menu. I had no idea how it would taste. So… what the heck, I gave it a try.
On a weekday afternoon,(1:30ish) the place was dead. About 10% of the tables were occupied and the staff was spread thin. I saw only 2 men working the entire restaurants, serving about 8 to 10 tables.
We were greeted, seated and our orders were taken quickly. The food also came out quickly, perfect for our afternoon hunger.
We ordered the Build Your Own Grand Slam and the Ultimate Skillet. Both were surprisingly good. Not outstanding as if it was some extraordinary culinary creation, but everything tasted homemade, and that was what we expected from Denny’s.
The décor is very dated, as they probably haven’t updated anything since the last time I visited a Denny’s. It had a bit of a somber atmosphere, but the 2 men provided good service & we left satisfied w/​the food. No complaints!
