I would love to give Allgood 5 stars — the ease of appointment, price, value and prompt service was exceptional. But getting an invoice is 1 star. If you can believe that. I have now called 3 times just to get an invoice sent to me. The property is a rental property and I need backup and of course just want to pay the bill. Each time I’ve called I get a different person in a call center who is extremely polite and helpful and it’s evident the previous person has taken good notes. But I still don’t get a bill. Hoping today after speaking with someone for the 3rd time I will get an invoice mailed or emailed to me. So bottom lime I think I can recommend but I can’t imagine why getting an invoice for work already performed is so difficult.

They suck. Every time they come out we have to have them come back again and again. Two more visits left on my contract and im done with them. Someone asked for a recommendation and i told them not allgood. Inconvience for me because we have to work. And they come out upset the dogs thus frustrating me. Why pay someone for somthing you dont get

We have tried several vendors and found Allgood to be the best. They are always on time and the techs are very personable and professional(which isn’t always the case in this field). We use them for 2 properties and are always happy with the service and price.

Sorry that I couldn’t give a good review for Allgood. We called them late last year for a problem with baby bugs. They came out a grand total of three times. Each time after spraying and placing traps the situation worsened. Without a resolution I had to cancel my contract. We decided to called a competitor starting with a «T» and ends with an «X» and had the problem remedied immediately.
