CVS across the street closes and the person that answers the phone at the pharmacy for this place says all of the prescriptions were transferred over to this location. I say so how come nobody contacted me regarding refills and she tells me nobody will call for refills. But they did call me at the other store. She says they don’t do that on new prescriptions. I say it’s not a new prescription since it was transferred to your store. She says all of the transfers are new prescriptions. What? I am so confused. Why say you transferred prescriptions and now they are new. What a terrible way to run a business. I also asked her about the former pharmacist which we liked and she says he is gone. Gone, what does that mean? Did he transfer to another location? Was he fired? Did he quit? Another lousy poorly managed CVS location. I guess I’ll try Walgreens or Rite Aid. Not much of a choice but what do you expect from monopolies.
