We are shocked at the people who work here, from the get go they didn’t seem to know what the hell they were doing. we went to the eastvale location on Limonite. We looked at the poor selection of men’s rings they had to offer. I knew what I was looking for some I picked my ring out within 10 min. I was sized but had to order the ring, so we put a down payment. A week later the ring was in. We went to pay for the ring and pick it up. I tryd on the ring to make sure it fit right and made sure this is what I ordered. The ring was to big. The lady ordered the wrong size. I was not going to pay in full since they ruined my order. They charged us in full on accident they say. I told the lady I didn’t want to pay in full because my order was wrong. They refunded us in full and said they would reorder my ring. The manager Jamie was on lunch so we were told she would call us and fix the issues. 2 days later still no call. We called the store and explained to Jamie what happened and of course she played dumb. She said she had no idea but if we wanted to cancel our order we have to go into the store. She had a really bad attitude when we wanted to cancel. How can someone be mad at us for their own mistake? Not happy at all with the people at the eastvale location. I will not recomend Kay jewelry eastvale. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time.

Jamie was very patient with us and gave us a great deal… I purchased my wife’s ring from her at Tyler and walked in the Eastvale location and ran into her once more were she helped me with the upgrade of my wife’s ring. I will refer family and friends to this location, because they were friendly and helpful, over all a great experience thanks for everything.

Walked in with two employed and no customers. We had a woman come over and ask us what we were looking for and as soon as we said we were just looking at this time… they totally ignored us. Even when we had questions we had to ask a couple of times before they would even help us. They were also rude, I wouldn’t say extremely rude… but enough that it was uncomfortable. Even if we weren’t buy had they been talkative or nice we definitely would have went back.

Horrible experience. My bf bought a ring for our anniversary and i was so happy and i sent it to be sized. Today exactly 1 month later not only have they messed up my ring, theyve let me know that I shouldve paid more for a better ring instead. If you cant fix a size what can you do? You need to inform your customers beforehand that you cant keep a simple design on a ring. Kay Jewelers is a joke. They ruined my anniversary and the sentiment with my ring. I will never shop there and neither should you. The manager Jamie is rude, incompetant, and a liar. BEWARE.

New store in Eastvale. I went right after they opened. Selection was limited but they had some nice stuff. The sales gals were super nice and helpful though — it’s just hard to get«wow-ed» when the selection is low and they have few items remotely close to what you are looking for.
