This place is awesome. Great customer service, people who truly care about their job. I just feel bad, that I held them up… They close at 8pm… I didn’t get out till after 9pm… They took great care of making sure what was wrong with my toe…(sprained it pretty bad). Guy who took Xrays, was super patient and caring… Keep up the good work.

After waiting for 3 hours to be seen, I had an x-ray done for my broken foot. The doctor came in and told me and even showed me on the x-ray where it was broken in 3 places. I get a bill from not only the urgent care doctor but also a doctor from San Antonio Regional Hospital who also viewed my x-ray. I told my insurance(Anthem) that I refuse to pay 2 doctors to look at my x-ray when I didn’t give approval to the 2nd doctor or was even told about it. I filed an appeal for the 2nd doctors claim and lost. I called my insurance back and spoke to a representative who told me that’s quite common to have a 2nd doctor view my x-ray because the doctor at the urgent care is a general practitioner and may ask for a 2nd opinon… really??? Even I can tell where my foot was broken on the x-ray without her even needing to point it out! Be sure to ask them not to send your results to anyone without your knowledge!

Clean and up to date building, so 2 stars for that. Friendly staff but PA Valencia seemed awkward and inexperienced. I came in and described my symptoms and all she could give me was a prescription for an inhaler and a printout suggesting home remedies for a cough and sore throat I’ve had for 2 weeks. She said since I breastfeed, I can’t take antibiotics, not to mention that what I have seems to just be a cold anyway. Yet the handout she gave me said that if I experience any of the symptoms I had described, I should seek professional medical help. Well that’s what I thought I was going to get at this urgent care, especially since the establishment itself looked great, but unfortunately I was told to take Tylenol and Robitussin since I’m breastfeeding. Right. I could’ve gone on WebMD or Google for that shit. Waste of time.

So happy that San Antonio Hospital in Upland has finally opened this medical Plaza. great place to get your mammogram done. The girl I got today was the same girl I always get in the upland location… Theresa is absolutely the best! They also offer 3D images now which is awesome! I will definitely come back!

Very lousy in the billing area. Not only did they bill my insurance but they sent me demand letters for payment less than 2 weeks after service. I called and made sure that they had all of the correct insurance and they said that they did; however, I was told that it was«normal procedure» to immediately bill the patient while waiting for insurance reimbursement. Huh??? The lady I spoke with at the billing facility could care less. No thanks. I have a large family and will not go back.

I love San Antonio Hospital, and love this center even more! It’s so new and clean! The fastest service ever! I waited 5 min to see my new OB and even less to get blood work done INTHESAMEBUILDING! I love that it’s all in one place!!!
