I love this place. Just moved here a couple weeks ago. Last city I lived in didn’t have yoga so its been over a year since I’ve practiced. Soo happy to have found such a nice yoga studio so close to home. I’ve done 4 classes so far. Each one is very different from the last. The room is never packed (shame on you El Paso) so there is plenty of room. The instructors are thoughtful, well-​paced, and are actually good at teaching without slowing down the class. I’m not much more than a newbie with 40 hours of classes over the last 3 – 4 years but I def get a great work out each class. They offer a military discount so individual classes come out to about 12 bucks. This is a steal! They are definitely a boutique yoga studio as they have some weird hours which you always have to check. I recommend the 530pm class or the 1030 class on Saturday. I’m sure I’ll check out one of the 7 o’clocks in the future.

Thank you for a beautiful practice! Yoga Visiting from out of town, first class is FREE! The space is beautiful, new, clean, and has everything you need. Great flow with balance between strength and compassion. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.
