Pizza Hut

2 hours late after two separate orders. Their (only?) delivery driver apparently doesn’t have a Google maps for an address that is 10 blocks from the store.

Service — Quick enough, pizza was hot upon arrival.
Taste — I always get the pepperoni lovers, it’s delicious.
Cost — It was 50% off, so $ 20 delivered ain’t bad!
Pizza Hut is my favorite, I love the buttery pan style crust and always the Pepperoni lovers!

Can someone tell the Dude who drives the THE D16y8 with forged Pistons that having a fast car is cool, but adhering to the speed limit, especially in a busy college town, is better than getting a pizza to a customer 2 minutes faster.

I have gone to Pizza Hut for many years but will not do so anymore. My pizza was not thoroughly cooked… raw dough. It also has almost no cheese. This business has passed its glory days and, is completely crap. They should just close the doors and go home

Horrid, absolutely awful customer service.
My fiancé and I were looking for something quick to eat late at night since we both got off late. Not much is open so we went with Pizza Hut. We ordered the stuffed crust with pepperoni, onions, black olives, and green peppers. When we sat down to eat it, it literally dropped with grease and flopped down. You couldn’t even eat it with your hands. I even tried to roll the corner up. The crust was still dough-​ey it was so under cooked. We hate to call and complain, and told them we were sorry because we know it’s late and they probably want to come home… Explained the uncooked, dripping with grease floppy pizza and all the manager said was «all pizzas are cooked for the same time, there is nothing we can do» and hung up.
I am more appalled by the customer service than anything else. We don’t need a free $ 13 dollar pizza and were calling to inform, not get something out of it.

Their services are pretty nice and they also have a great atmosphere. The only thing that they are not good is the quality of food. Their pizza is not so great but still good. As a conclusion, this place still a nice restaurant that you can go and have a dinner.

We frequent Pizza Huts all the time because we have a large family and they make it very affordable.
As for Pizza Huts go… I liked this one the best. Again frequenting so many Pizza Huts I have seen my share of good ones and bad.
This is one of the good ones. Here I had the best made pizzas ever when I comes to Pizza Hut.
The service was also very good. I would definitely return here.

Great service, delicious pizza, crispy salads, giant flat screen tvs. Clean, remodeled old fashioned Pizza Hut. I’m glad we came!

When I want to expend my waste line and walk through doorways sideways this is who I call. They deliver me a very edible pie with normal americanized pizza toppings. I usually get my food within a half hour and I can order online. It’s easy. I get my food, turn off the lights and sob over the state of our political system.
What could make this better? Quality toppings would be a nice start. A variety of real italian meats. Better vegetables would be nice also. How about some traditional cheeses… oh my list could go on.
For $ 10 you can feed a few frat boys or a couple of morbidly obese teens. For a couple more bucks they’ll bring you a 2 liter of carbonated sugar water. It’s the American dream baby!

Horrible customer service… I called because I got an email for free cinnastix but the order had to be placed online but the online order wouldn’t let me make the pizza I wanted… Ended up calling and the guy who answered passed me off to the manager I told him the issue and he flat out said «I don’t care» ended up continuing to take my order, I told him what I wanted (bacon, ham, pepperoni, chicken, green peppers, mushroom and olives) he told me that I had too many toppings (I didn’t end up getting the pizza I wanted due to this because apparently «the computer won’t let them add that many»). And I said I checked your supreme pizza and that has more toppings than I’m ordering… And what happened to any pizza, any size ANY TOPPING? And he then tells me the pizzas don’t cook all the way why don’t people understand this!!? I told him I work at a local pizzeria and have this weird method of cooking it longer if the cheese or whatever isn’t melted all the way… (weird to think about doing that I know. After I told him where I worked he then asked why I was eating this crap? (referring to their product). When I went to pick the pizza up the two girls working the front were both really occupied with talking to each other about «bejeweled blitz» and playing on their phones which neither washed their hands or anything before helping me (I donno what they have touched then touched their phone) I will say the pizza and cinnastix were both very good (light on the toppings) but pizza hut is one on my favorite pizza chains just was not very happy with how they conducted themselves today.
