Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza and it wasn’t cooked throughly so requested that it be re cooked being that I’m pregnant I can’t eat anything under cooked, a few mins later I received a call from the manager asking if I called to complain about the pizza being under cooked and I stated that I did. His reply was
«you shouldn’t complain about undercooked pizza if you wanna put 20 some toppings on it!, all pizza will not cook all the way if you put 20 some toppings on it so you shouldn’t complain!»
I ordered a pizza with 5 toppings on it! Regardless how do you tell a paying customer not to complain about an under cooked $ 20 pizza!!! The manager was extremely rude and I will not be ordering from here anymore! Please be ware. order from papa john’s or dominos!
Convenience or not … As much as I love me some pizza hut I guess I won’t be getting my fix from this joint!

Bad customer service, very rude workers. They often bring the wrong drink and site items when they deliver and do not offer to fix the problem when it happens. They’re food is never cooked thoroughly enough even when we ask for well done. The only reason we have continued to order from here is because of the convenient location.

Ordered pizza on-​line to pick-​up after working out at nearby Gold’s. Arrived a few minutes early and the pizza wasn’t ready. Probably waited about 5 minutes and left with my pizza in hand.
Its a convenient location which offers pickup or delivery only. The only negative is the lack of available parking in the evening due to Gold’s Gym.
