First time we have been in. Let me start by saying the food is great. Our appetizer was delicious. Wife had the ribeye and the sauce was awesome. I had the lobster and shrimp again the flavor of the meal was awesome. Each sauce complimented the entrée very well. The service was awesome. I had tea with lemon and stole the lime from my wife’s margarita also awesome. When I got a refill our server noticed and brought me a new lemon and lime without being asked. We will return.

Pretty sad that when we order from Mermaids at least once a week for at least two people and it seems we always have problems with our order. Today there was an issue with bread. What, no bread with our lunch? Thought the bread came with our lunch. The bread comes with your food when you eat in the restaurant so I would think a loaf would come with two take out orders. Bad business as far as we are concerned. Call us upset at lunch with Mermaids. We also eat from the sandwich shop that the same people own.

Fantastic atmosphere. Perfect for a date but also versatile in that you can have a large group here for dinner. Beautiful décor. Table was setup nicely. Waiters dressed well and acted professionally. Prices on point with what you get. The Ribeye was delicious. Amazing. Cooked correctly. The spinach dip was very watery, but the chips were nice and hot. Overall, happy. Will be back.

If you want a fabulous dinner, then you need to go here. Its not cheap, but truthfully its not overpriced for the quality. The lobster fritters are to die for, as our server said, «this is the way God intended us to eat lobster… fried!» He sure was right! We could’ve made a whole dinner out of them, they were that delicious. The salads were good as well, but the blue cheese was sweet, I prefer a more savory blue cheese. However, the ranch was good. The halibut was fabulous! The meyers lemon burre blanc sauce was delicious. The cajun pasta, I was afraid of it due to spice, but my friend ordered it and it wasn’t spicy… lots of flavor and seafood! The rib-eye was actually a new york strip, but it was cooked perfectly. The sauce was wonderful, and the fries were unique and absolutely perfect. Then there’s dessert. Oh wow! The best chocolate cake ever! We ordered the Swiss chocolate cake with the buttercream icing layer in the center. The buttercream was a little salty and with the chocolate cake and the chocolate and caramel sauces on the plate it was the perfect complement! Ok, the next thing was the service… it was phenomenal all because of our server. He was the best server we have ever had. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and it was obvious that he truly loves his job and loves where he is working. He’s been there a long time, and still fabulously enthusiastic. Seriously, the food was wonderful but he made the whole experience even better. Who is it that you need to ask for, Jeff aka Kitty. You won’t be sorry. Don’t let the parking lot intimidate you. When you pull in it looks like there isn’t enough parking, but the right side has a lot of extra parking.

Can’t say anything bad about this place. I have eaten both lunch and dinner here. Lunch is very affordable and the menu options are wide ranging. All fresh tasting. Great service too!

Nice venue. Great service. Italian meets seafood for all dishes. Tons of cream and butter. Some of it is a good thing the majority is not. Dieter beware. Lettuce wraps taste like a lean cuisine. Soup was salty. It’s just way over the top. I ate at doe’s the night before. Much bigger bang for your buck.

Great food with a great atmosphere. You’ll love the ribeye mermaids style if you like steak with a good sauce on it. Try the coconut chicken. Not on the menu, but they’ll make it for you.
