My lover and I visited Top of the Hill on a Tuesday morning looking for wifi, coffee and breakfast. Top of the Hill is a step above a greasy spoon and did provide what we needed, but they seemed offended that wifi was our priority. The staff, particularly a tall blonde young guy, was overbearing while we ate and drank. The manager came in and yelled directions to them across the small room. We split pancakes, sausage and eggs — $ 10 for one dish and the eggs were of questionable origin! And $ 4 for two cups of weak coffee. I wish we had gone to the Blue Horse up the street…

Nice little hole in the wall café. Perfect place to recharge when walking through all the shops. My wife had the Orange chicken w/wild rice soup, said it wa the best. Another lady wished she could take a gallon with her. Our sandwiches were very good too. I had the hamburger soup, needed a bit of pepper to debland it. Ground beef and cabbage with tomatoes needs a wee bit of savory seasoning to live it up. But dairy free is w must, so I work with what’s there. This is our second time shopping here, last year had a breakfast that was good enough we looked them up again.

A great place for lunch. A very nice selection of sandwiches and salads. We had lunch, but they also have breakfast. Very friendly staff. They have a daily soup to go with the lunch selections. I had a Southwest Turkey panini that was very good loaded with turkey. The sandwich also had lettuce, spiced chipotle sauce, onions, peppers and cheddar cheese on a sour dough bread. You can have chips, pasta salad or a daily selection to go with the sandwiches. Others had egg salad and deli sandwiches.
