This is THEWORST Chipotle I have ever been to. I’ve ordered online on numerous occasions, given them twice as long as I initially requested to make it, and have had to wait another 20+ minutes for them to make it(and manage to get the order wrong!) when I go to pick it up. That’s just ridiculous. I’ve already complained several times. Their(corporate) response was to offer me a free burrito. I don’t want another freaking burrito! I want efficient service! This entire establishment needs intervention.

AWFUL on so many levels. Let’s start with the fly that was all around and landing on the meat. I looked past that. I ordered two steak bowls, one with flour tortillas on the side then an order of the steak soft tacos. Well, they had the entire grill covered in cooking chicken but they were completely out of steak and unaware they needed more. Veggies were empty too. This is where customer service should have come into play. Hard to do when you’re completely unorganized and you can’t figure out who the manager is. They scooted the chicken over and threw some steak on the grill. No mention of what to expect time wise. No apology. No acknowledging their not being prepared. It was 8:00 at night and not that busy. Just a bunch of slack jawed teenagers without a clue and even more clueless management. I got fed up and left with no food. Went to a different type of food establishment in the area and spent the $ 40 I would have spent at Chipotle with them. Not the first negative encounter I have had at this location but it will be the last. I will never set foot in this location again and I suggest you don’t either. They lost the right to get a dime of my hard earned money ever again.

Love chipotle but this one has stale chips, much smaller portions, and runs much slower then the other ones. The one in Denton runs like clockwork and gives me about 50% more meat. I can make a to go bowl from the Denton location last two meals versus only one from this one. Not going to this one again.

I normally come to this location and I really enjoy it and love Chipotle! The only problem is they have currently hired a ton of new staff at this location and now my food is either tasteless, undercooked, or they take way to long to make a simple order. I have had to pay multiple times on one order because they didn’t know what my order was. The current staff is also a bunch of high school kids that are talking non stop to each other and not acting professional at all. I love Chipotle but I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore.

Getting an order to go, I asked for the chicken bowl. After I was back and it was too late, I notice there’s no chicken just all the rice and sides. And of course I’m gone now and not going to go through all the traffic to get back. Ripoff warning!

Reading in the news they’re having positive steps towards a healthier food, non GMO and free of antibiotics and such. Same great taste of food and good prices. Definitely in my top three options for this type of food.

Food is ok, sometimes hot and other times is hardly warm. The serving sizes vary with the person filling the order and how much they have in the container on the steamer table. Customer service is terrible, when you ask for a larger portion or question why you got a smaller than normal serving it is as if you have asked for something impossible. The manager, Marisol, is not considerate and makes this customer feel like I am better off eating at another location or another chain all together.

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant and I probably eat there 5 – 6 times a month. However I am continually disappointed by this location. 7 out of 10 times the chicken is burnt/overcooked and they often have the seasoning off(either too spicy or no spice at all) very inconsistent. Fortunately the one I eat the most at by Vista Ridge has always been solid. Giving 3 stars because it is still good enough to eat.
