A Fan Ti Grill

This is where I go for chuan/​skewers now. It’s always the same bunch of people, so the quality of the food has been consistent for as long as I’ve been buying there (unlike the place I used to go across the street). The prices are reasonable and your food is done in about five minutes (sometimes longer if there’s a line of people). You don’t have to know any Chinese to order from them, just say what kind of meat you want or point at the picture and tell them how many of each (I usually hold up my fingers too, just so we’re both on the same page). The only downside is that it’s on a busy street and sometimes there’s a line. Otherwise, give it a try.

This is a teeny tiny little door way that essentially sells the skewers from it. All i know is that it is cleaner than other places because it has a refrigerator and a sink. So just that one this place gets an extra star!
So what did i have — just 1 chicken skewer since it was only $ 1.25 and it was the perfect extra bite that i needed to fully fill me. I love the chicken skewers but unlike some other guys — they have a bunch more options on a little board outside showing what they have. It’s a big list! I’ll check it out every time I’m nearby!
