I often come to this MAC location to shop because it’s the closest around me. I’ve never had a problem finding anything. The service isn’t the greatest. During my last visit there was one person working. which meant lines grew longer and I was waiting for about 15 minutes for my products. I do still recommend coming here !!

No words. The staff there are so gross and ditzy. Was waiting to pay but one girl was nowhere to be found and the other was rinsing out her mouth in the trash can visible to all the customers. Happy I at least got everything i wanted today.

Worst Mac counter around. Difficult to get someone to help you, sometimes rude. Just today, I went in and had a sales girl look at me 3 times and look away to finish talking to the other sales girl that was eating at the register. The whole area smelled like a halal cart. I walked out, and took my money with me. Not the first time, I’ve walked out without making a purchase.
I gave it 2 stars because of the convenient location by the 7 train, on my way home from work and because I have had a few decent experiences here. But overall it is poorly run and annoying.

I usually go to the Mac at Queens center mall, but this location is more convenient for me. If you finished your make up supply and want to buy a refill, this is the place for you. Other than that, DO NOT come here for make up advice. They have no knowledge of anything! I arrived here to get my refill of naked lunch eye shadow. I asked the staff if she has it in stock so that I can purchase it. She has no idea where it is… I had to check the eye shadow section to find it myself. I asked another staff about how to best mix three eye shadows that I was experimenting with, she did not know what she was doing. She apply the three colors on my lid and it did not look right…

Rudest MAC staff I’ve ever encountered.
Was too busy doing a ‘special’ makeover for some girl who the sales girl knew or something, and told me to hold on when i asked about a newly released blush, which she doesn’t have any clue about!
i finally left about 10 minutes after standing there and watching the SA enjoying her time with the other girl, while I was standing like an idiot. Thanks a lot, clueless sales girl.
