Take Me To the Water – Queens

Please don’t enroll your child here. There are no policies or procedures regarding how they teach swim. There is no continuity of instructors. Administrators do not know what is going on with the classes and are unprofessional and condescending.
If you are looking for an intro to water such as Mommy & Me than you may be satisfied. If you are looking for a class to strengthen your child’s independant swim skills for safety this is NOT the place.
My child had a different instructor EVERY week that he went. There was no communication between instructors each week so he was «evaluted» every week. He swims without a flotation device, yet in the 5^th class the instructor put a swim backpack on him for the entire class.
When I asked the on-​site admin why he told me it was the company policy. When I called the office I was told it was not the company policy. When I asked for an explantion as to why he was given a flotation device in his 5^th class despite swimming without one for the first 4 classes I was told that they did not want us to come to the lessons anymore.
We wasted a lot of time and money this summer instead of strengthening my sons swim skills.
