Seriously?! Learn to wrap a sandwich. My sandwich spilled out all into my to-​go bag. Spent $ 9 just to end up throwing the whole thing away.

The staff is lazy making sandwiches. They don’t separate the meat and if you ask for them to, you get an eye roll. The food is just ok. This has happened to me twice during weekday lunch hour. The subway on Auburn — Folsom is so much better. I won’t be back to this one.

Went to subway and got order and was getting a $ 20 gift card as a gift. Then I saw the sign that said get $ 25 gift card and you get a free 6 in. So I spent the extra $ 5 on the gift card. Then I ask where is something that saids I get a free 6in. and they said oh that offer is over. I pointed the to sign and they said oh thanks for pointint that out we will take it down. Really I can’t believe it. There are lots of subways in town guess I will try annother.

It has been so long since I went to a fast food place and actually had someone show a little pride in their work. Last night, it finally happened! I got a sandwich that «looked like the picture (without asking!)» And it tasted even better! A young lady and gentleman, and I did not manage to catch their names. Thank you both, and thank you management for making an environment where the customer can be served, not rushed thru. It was a pleasure!

The 2nd best subway sandwich & customer experience.
This subway location was clean and well organized, just like the other location in Cameron park, only one person was working behind the counter. she was very professional and calm, didn’t rush and fulfill all my request for topping & filling.
She made the 2nd best sandwich. Will definitely go back in.

A good Subway location.
Subways are not my first choice in sandwiches; I like the more specialty/​non chain sub shops. But, with that said this is a good shop.
The customer service has always been good and they move the line along.
This location has always been very clean when I have been there.
The bread is always fresh and the meat and such serving sizes are okay.
I like that Subway always seems to have a new sandwich to try. The promotional sandwiches are fun to try and make it feel a little less like chain store food or at least break up the standard menu.
I will continue to drop by here.

Holy cow this subway is disgusting. The high chair was so dirty I used two wet ones to try to get it clean enough for my child to actually use. The wet ones were both completely black by the time I was done and the chair was still too disgusting to use. The entire restaurant was disgusting and dirty. The cookies they claim to «bake fresh daily» we’re rock hard and stale and it was only 11 am. The employee admitted that some of the bread they were using was baked yesterday. The most disturbing thing was that our child’s milk was EXPIRED and not by a day or two but more than a MONTH! All the plain milk was over a month expired and when we brought it to the employee’s attention she didn’t act in any way surprised. So for over a month any kid that got milk at this subway was drinking expired milk. From 8÷9÷14 until today 9÷13÷14. If they’re doing that with the milk kids drink you know they’re doing it with every other food item they serve.

This subway is one of the better ones in Folsom. They had a «10% your order» with Unilocal check-​in, which is not valid anymore. But the lady behind the counter still honored it because it was her last day.
The tuna salad footlong we got was fresh, and consistent with subway standards.

Love the new owners. They really know how to take care of their customers and they know whats’s up. Drove through Folsom about a month ago and stopped in for a quick snack. Best subway I’ve been to… ever.

This place is ok but i will still rate the iron point location in folsome over it. I have went there couple of times and subs are ok but they can be better if the staff makes it more better with bettter veggie fillings.
They need to improve the quality @ this location.
