Came here for a soup and sandwich. This is the 4th time they have mysteriously ran out of soup from 1.5 to 2 hours before they close. Very miss leading. Will not be returning to this location. They close at 10pm not 8pm. Not happy at all. Very disappointing. Going to call corporate to see if this is a standard operating system for all togos. Or just this one that seems to write it’s own rules. Plus it took from ordering to finish 32 minutes to make 2 regular sandwiches and 2 large sandwhiches. 32 minutes of my life I won’t get back.

Togo’s is my favorite sandwich place. I eat here 3 to 4 times a week and the food and service is outstanding. Many of the team members know my order by heart, which is great and much appreciated. My daughter loves the food as well and of course the ice cream because this location also has a Baskin Robbins. If you love a good sandwich you will not be disappointed.

This location sucks! I frequent the one in Rancho and they are always so nice and fast. This place makes me cringe. Slow, rude and tried to feed my friend uncooked pastrami before someone from the back came out and stopped one of the workers. The music is up way too loud and the cookies are dry and hard.

Togo’s has been my favorite place for sandwiches since I was a kid, always #23 salami and cheese, it’s good stuff. I worked here when I was in high school and became a bit of a purist, no Subway or Quizno’s for this guy. I no longer live on the west coast, but I still tell people about Togo’s all the time and when I roll through town I make a point to stop by and get a sandwich. I just wish they wouldn’t have followed that toasting fad that Quizno’s started, and I miss the onion herb bread. But other than that, still love it.

Love this Togos. Everything is fresh and delicious. The salad portions are amazing, as are the sandwiches. I wish they could toss the salads, but if this is my only complaint, hey, they are doing great. LOL

This Togo’s will not let you substitute chips for the drinks for their daily meals. I’ve been to different Togo’s and this is the only Togo’s that will not let you do that. The owner obviously doesn’t know anything about customer service and doesn’t know how to make sure that customers return

I am old enough that when I visited Togo’s as a kid it had just a few locations in the Bay Area. It was a treat back then and still is. I always get my #9 (pastrami) on sourdough with mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle and pepperoncini. It is always fully loaded with meat and the bread is always fresh. The regular is good for two meals. I have had the «Ferrari’s» of pastrami (Sam’s Hof Brau, Langer’s) but there is nothing wrong with the Cadillac.

Yum! This place is so good! They always get their sandwiches right, probably because the close eye of the manager behind the counter. Its togos, you know what to expect at any, but i like that this one has friendly staff, they are fast and the lines are never too long even at lunch time. They have nice seating and I love sitting outside when i have a chance!
BTW they also have GLUTEN FREE WRAPS now so all of you celiacs have a place to eat now :)

Terrible service at both counters. Doesn’t matter what you want wether it be a sandwich or ice cream. Go to subway or cold stone if you want a sandwich or ice cream. The staff is the most unfriendly I’ve seen in awhile and the store is not clean. Don’t go unless you have tons of free time and someone else is paying and insists on going

Oh my goodness. Their pastrami sandwiches are killer. I die and come alive again every time I eat those things! They are extremely tasteful. And when you’re done there’s ice cream afterwards. It’s a real good idea, but they could probably incorporate the ice cream as a deal when you buy the sandwich to make it more desirable.

I honestly don’t know why this location bothers advertising that they serve sandwiches for the final two hours they are open (8 — 10pm). Also of note, the
site lists this location as open until 11pm but the signage at the building says 10pm. Kind of a moot point if you want a sandwich in the evening regardless.
Nothing beats standing at a counter for 5 minutes while 100% of staff is helping the ice cream counter — only to be rudely told they are out of bread or only have one variety (that I can’t eat due to an allergy).
If they’re not going to bother to keep sandwich materials stocked this is basically a glorified Baskin Robbins in the evening.
Complete waste of my time. Will not be back. If I want a sandwich after 5pm I’ll just make one at home, otherwise Subway will be getting my business during the day from here on out.

I am a huge fan of the Pastrami Sandwich. They craft this sandwich perfectly and the sauce is delicious. I’m not sure what it is, but it seems like a thousand island meets chipotle — and it works!
The staff at this location are so completely friendly. They remind me of the type of service you would receive in the south. Very accomodating and seem happy to be at their job.
When they are not completely slammed the service is extremely fast. Pricing is typical.
The restaurant is clean and tidy.
TIP: Call your order in or come before the lunch rush!!!

I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this place. For one, Togo’s in general is amazing, but I have had a few bad experiences at other locations with rude employees. However, at this location everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. The tables are always clean, no matter how packed the place is. There is always plenty of staff ready to help customers during lunch hour. Love this place and I will continue to come back!

Clean but customer service is lacking… I waited in line 5 minutes while one person was making multiple sandwiches for a phone order and the manager was in the back…
She came out to tell me «politely» that someone would be with me in a moment. I guess she was too busy to make a sandwich?
