Convenient and the service is great. They take your Starbucks reward card but you can’t claim the rewards. They serve all your regular Starbucks menu in addition to the pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

They are very friendly and if they mess your coffee up they will make it right only down fall is that they r so small and no sign if they had a sign outside they get more business

Good way to get your Starbucks fix when on-base. Only down-side is the size of the store: there’s barely any seating available and the place fills up fast between people in line and those waiting on orders. I’d consider this location more of a grab-and-go«Starbucks Jr.» versus other locations with relaxed seating and a spacious waiting area. FYI — there’s a new Starbucks location opening up within the Munson Hospital on base.

Although this location is on Fort Leavenworth, it still is solid as far as Starbuck’s go. It is smaller than a normal location so lines can build quickly but the staff works hard to provide quality service and products with little wait. Highly Recommend.

Convenient location for personnel working at Ft. Leavenworth but not accessible to the general public. It’s not a full Starbucks like you would find downtown but it fills a niche. Service is friendly but can be slow at times.

I wish they were able to scan the app on the phone for payment.(Only negative –1 star) Friendly, timely, average!

fast and friendly. Though if you are new to the post you don’t really know its in there because there is no signage out front.

I don’t like to admit I come here often, but alas, when you’re on post regularly and this is your only coffee option without leaving(there is an Einstein in the college, but it can be a pain to get to) it becomes a regular stop. I probably frequent here at least once every couple weeks, sometimes once a week, to get a latte fix. I used to love getting their chai lattes, but the last couple times I’ve gotten it, it just tasted like milk and not enough of the chai. They usually have whatever specials regular starbucks have going on, but they don’t have any phone scanners so, it’s best to bring your gift card physically in instead of trying to use the starbucks app here. Otherwise, I’ve never had any issue with the service here, everyone is always nice and friendly. I take this place for what it is, a Starbucks… I don’t except the quality coffee I get when I go to local shops, but besides my issues with their Chai, everything else is always very consistent.

Leavenworth definitely needs a coffeehouse café. For now, this Starbuck’s is the closest thing to it. Thus I come here a lot. They have a deal where if you use your Star Card to refill your Starbuck’s card with $ 25 you get a free tall. Then I use the card here and other Starbucks. Not a bad deal. This is a small location with few options for seating. There’s not a lot of stuff for sale here either. I’ve never ordered any of the food, but one morning I saw a barista unpacking the baked goods and somehow I lost the impression of home baked goodness seeing the cardboard and plastic wrap packaging. So it’s pretty much order coffee and go. Most mornings, it’s popular with Soldiers, contractors and family members. But even when there’s a long line it seems to move quickly and the baristas are friendly and efficient. One remembers my order now which is kind of cool. I’ve had no complaints about the service, the staff or the quality of the coffee. I think if I did, they’d be good about fixing it. But that’s left to be seen and I’ll have to update my review, and my rating.

This Starbucks satellite is operated by AAFES employees so while the product may be labelled with the familiar brand, the experience will be slightly watered down… sorry for the pun. The staff is very friendly an if you’ve been there a couple times, will recognize you and strike up a conversation. Think of it as an opportunity to satisfy your addiction without having to drive off post.

If there are problems in service and your order each visit who else do you blame, but the lack of management. This particular Starbucks is plagued with inconsistency. Perhaps it is because it is a small satellite Starbucks. Nonetheless, it fails in keeping with the brand we have known to love and expect. Other alternatives are the local, small, and quaint coffee shops outside of base.

It’s what you’d expect, sort of… tiny and inside the base exchange, and I have no idea how there coffee can be so uneven. One day you get a Pike’s and its watery, the next you get it and it tastes like they perked a pint of water with a gallons worth of beans. Not sure how they do it, but it is open when I blow in at 7:30am. The crew is always nice, too.
