I really like this place, however the last 2 times I have been here they have dropped the ball. First they forgot to bring us part of our order, had to ask for a refund, then had to wait for ice cream cones…

My husband and I placed an order online, we didn’t receive our food for almost 4 hours it was ridiculous and extremely frustrating. There was no apology for the delay we were extremely disappointed with the service.

When lunch comes around I know Jason’s Deli is always a choice in the equation. I usually go to the one off of Camp Bowie. It is best to get there before 11am because it gets busy packed quickly. Since, I try to mix a little veggies in the diet; Jason’s Deli has a really good selection at the salad bar. And, if you ask the server behind the counter, they have hard boiled eggs upon request. The manager’s special offers a half sandwich with your choice of soup or salad. Their variety of sandwiches are delicious, loaded with taste. Also, there is ice cream available for desert… just a good deal.

Thanks for making my all time favorite Jason’s Deli potato. The Great Potato Italiano. A massive buttered potato, full of delicious meatballs covered in marinara and topped with provolone. Got a side of extra marinara. I haven’t had one in years and it’s not on the menu anymore, but I asked for it and they made. No problem. Made my day and took me back 25 years to the first one I had.

Always a great lunch spot! Whether it’s in South Carolina or Texas, it always has a fresh salad bar and great soup options! A frequent stomping grounds when I want to meet my dad for lunch in SC.

Wow, what happened to this store? My wife and I had lunch here Saturday afternoon, short staffed, no spoons or napkins when I got my order, soup cold, my deli club dry, Asked for a few more chips, girl behind counter rolled her eyes saying I guess, loud talking, kidding around. stay clear of this place!!! Salad bar pitted out

Even though the salad bar doesn’t look that big, they have all the right ingredients to choose from. And the quality of them is incredible!

I’m a sucker for their broccoli cheese soup and a quarter muffuletta. This is a great place to stop for a tasty lunch, although it can get super crowded during the lunch rush. If you go around 2 the crowd thins out quite a bit. I’ve loved every Jason’s deli that I’ve been to, and this is no different.

Seldom do I have a bad experience at Jason’s Deli but the last two times here are the exception. Of all places to put a person with a horrible attitude you Don’t place them at the register where everyone orders! The Gothic look is probably not the look that should be on the front line of Jason’s Deli in my opinion. It’s like I was taking up her time when I was over paying for fruit I didn’t want. She wasn’t listening at all. Imagine that. Everyone else is Always great! Happy & Helpful always. Going forward if I choose this particular Jason’s I will walk in to see if Professor Positive is working and if it is, I will turn around and leave. It’s worth going hungry to bypass such an unhappy individual.

Hmm came here twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Lunchtime gets incredibly crowded here(every single seat is taken… even the patio on a hot sunny day), so that’s generally a good sign :). I tasted the ranchero wrap, california club, and the salmon-wich, all of which were pretty good but I wouldn’t say it WOWed my taste buds. It’s what you would come to expect from a sandwich if you had made it at home with typical ingredients. I haven’t given the salad bar a chance yet, so my rating will probably rise as this place seems to be known for their salad bar. freeeee low-fat ice cream if you dine in: DDD!

Love the salad bar. If you ask they will give you a list of their gluten free items. Quite a few GF items to choose from. Wish those little muffins were gluten free.

I love that Jason’s is a hop, skip, and jump away if I want to get my veggies at lunch – they’ve got a killer salad bar. Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, olives, artichokes, peas, carrots, broccoli, onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes, hummus, pasta salad, spinach, boiled eggs, and a bunch of other toppings. When I’m not ordering the salad bar, I’m ordering Reuben THE Great and he really is great – ½ lb corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut, russian dressing out and mustard in, on rye. Yum Yum Yum! In my experience the half sandwich half soup/salad deal doesn’t end up being all that filling. It seems better to go with a full portion of an entrée if you want to eat and be satisfied. Service here gets 4 stars as well – everyone is always prompt and polite!

If you’ve ever eaten at a New York or other northern big city deli, it’s tough to tolerate Jason’s sandwiches. If you’ve never eaten at a New York deli, you’ll think Jason’s is the bomb. Carshon’s on 8th Avenue is the closest local deli to a New York deli. However, Jason’s does greasy potatoes well. Jason’s is quick, clean and affordable.
