Gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Not pressured into getting additional services. Van gave an excellent foot massage with my pedicure. Nice staff.

The worst thing in the world for me to get done is getting eyebrows waxed. It’s torture. I hate it! A week ago, I found myself in need of a waxing. Sometimes I’ll put off getting them waxed and it will look like Don King is coming out of my forehead! Nah, I don’t let it get that bad ;). I walked in and they weren’t busy at all. $ 10 to wax them, I’ll take it. It’s big inside. I noticed they had kiddie chairs to get mani and pedis. May have to bring my daughter for her birthday. Anyway, my eyes are sensitive and when the wax is applied my eyes will immediately start watering. The little asian lady was laughing at me! «Oh you crying! Don’t cry silly girl, it no hurt!» I’m not crying dammit my eyes are just watering. She took no mercy on me and snatched the paper right off. Good times. I would come back here! lol

Scraped part of my nail off and cut my nails way too short they hurt. I asked her to stop cutting anymore off and she didn’t listen.

I was pleasantly surprised about Luxury Nails. After the past few gel manicures and basic pedicures I’ve gotten at other nail salons(not to be mentioned here…), I have been boycotting getting my toes/nails done because of the horrible job that has been done. I desperately needed a long lasting manicure for a Mother’s Day vacation, so I decided on Luxury Nails. I was happy to see the owner/manager very involved with the clients coming in, directing people where to go and making sure you have anything you needed. I began with a pedicure from Tammy, which was very basic. I was a little disappointed she didn’t go as «in depth» as I like, really cleaning up the toenails and surrounding cuticles. She gave a very very long leg lotion and massage, which was nice, but I think only due to her being distracted talking with other technicians. My gel manicure was done by Nancy, who I loved! She did a great and very thorough job, really taking the time to cover all the nail and let it adequately set in the UV. Best gel manicure I’ve gotten in a while. I will definitely be coming back and making an appointment with Nancy. 4⁄5 stars and only because my pedicure left me wanting a little more. Maybe the«deluxe» next time.

I love this place! Everyone there is so sweet and the pedicures are great! I made an appointment and was seated immediately; I had to wait maybe 10 min tops for someone to start on my pedicure, but they let me soak my feet and gave me a glass of wine while I waited, so I didn’t mind one bit! Great prices and great service — I’ve only been twice but this has become my favorite nail salon.

Came from NYC and although my friends and I made a reservation, I ended up sitting on the spa chair waiting for someone to even entertain me for over 15 minutes. Terrible service. I’m usually an excellent tipper but whoever ends up working on me will receive a terrible one.

This is my second time here. I am excited they are open Sundays! I needed a fill before work tomorrow. I can’t be ratchet at work! :) lol They give students 20% discount too. I got my hands full set and pedicure for $ 45 plus tip last time. Not bad! Right?! They are very nice and clean too.

I hardly give low reviews but I figured someone has to hear my experience. So I read previous reviews about this place and decided to check them out with my friend. I speak fluent Vietnamese but don’t look like one, so they can’t tell. We got sat down, a lady started to work on my friend’s pedicure, while they rather someone in the back for me. This lady speaks Viet saying«do you really want me to try ?’ then looked at her coworker and said«I’ll sit next to you so you can show me». Some other worker walked by and say«good luck«to her. My lady said«I’m scare». At this point, I know for a fact that the lady who’s about to work on me has no experience, no license whatsoever. I spoke Vietnamese to her and told her«I understand what you guys were talking about and I know you have no idea what’s you are doing, but I’ll give you a chance» I had a license and used to work as a nail tech so I know what to do. The lady have no freaking idea what she was doing. I had to trim my own nails because she couldn’t even use the clipper right, she did a horrible job and even cut into my cuticles. I told her I wasn’t getting this done for free so she should stop and have someone else redo it for me. Someone else came to redid everything. I know I should have walked out the moment I figured out what was going on. But I was there once(at my first day of class, maybe), so I gave her the benefit of the doubt., so I gave her a chance. But to think, if I didn’t know the language, what would happen. Btw, they let that same lady to work on a kid’s pedicure after me.

I’ve been frequenting this place since college(over ten years now, as hard as that is to admit), and they’re consistently great. Lots of polishes to choose from(mostly OPI), nice folks(who don’t badger you with upsells), complimentary beverages(soda, wine, margarita, water), comfy pedicure chairs(even for kiddos), and price is very reasonable. I get a different person every time, and never had any issues. Student discount available, so be sure to bring your ID if you’re still of age. ;)

The first time i went there was this January so that my bf could have a relaxing foot massage/pedicure. The staff was really friendly and offered BOTH of us a margarita. The lady, LuAnne was very friendly and took her time with him. I recently went there and got LuAnne for my pedicure and again she did an awesome job. I got a different lady for my manicure and she did an OK job(top of my cuticle got cut deep and I should have asked for one more coat of the color). They seem to have frequent costumers and it was getting pretty busy for a random Wednesday afternoon. I will definitely come again.

I’m new to the area and read great things about this place and they’re all true. I had no problem getting an appointment and the gel manicure and spa pedicure I got was awesome! Best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be going back. They offer a 20% discount for students, too.

Thanks so much to the review by Lauren S. that I was able to find this great nail salon. I have been to several nail salons in the Fort Worth area but none of them are very great. It has always been an attitude problem or a technical problem. I called ahead of time and made a reservation at Luxury Nails. The lady told me that their location was in the same plaza as AT&T and Subway. This was super helpful in directions. Showed up 5 minutes earlier and was asked to pick a color and then was led to the back and a more secluded area for a spa pedicure. The basic pedicure and manicure cost $ 37 without tips. One person worked on both my manicure and pedicure and did a very through & careful job. She was done in about an hour. Overall I had a great and relaxing experience. I will definitely be back. I think I might have just found my «go-to» nail salon in Fort Worth.

I have been going to this nail salon for years and I am consistently pleased with the work these ladies do. It’s very clean, well organized and it has a nice layout. Most of the pedicure chairs are semi secluded in the back and a few more in the front. They even have tiny chairs for kids who come along and want mani/pedis! If there is a wait the time they tell me is realistic– not a generic 10 minutes. My manicures are always flawless. I’m always offered a drink. I feel well taken care of when I leave. One of the best things is I’m never hassled into a up-sale. The place is full of regulars– good sign :) plus a recent remodel to add more pedicure chairs. Yay.
