This place is ridiculous. The lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding TWICE. The so-called«leg massage» lasted 7 seconds. Seriously. I counted. The massage chair is so old that it’s giving me the experience of shaken baby syndrome. Seriously… DONTGOHERE!

This isn’t the fanciest place but I really like it. I see Ann there and she’s super nice. I like that the management is pretty laid back and not always hounding the employees like at some nail salons. They do try to upsell you on some things, but if you say no, they’ll usually back off.

It smells odd in here. They didn’t even massage my feet with the 40 $ pedicure. What a joke.

the WORST manicure/pedicure i have ever had. i had no idea what to think since i decided to just walk in with being in the area and by the frozen yogurt joint but quickly realized i had made a mistake. as soon as i sat down i busted out my phone to check it out on Unilocal and realized i really had been dumb about walking in. probably should have done that before i walked in. go me. horrible communication and the ladies could have cared less about me walking in and giving them business. maybe the $ 30 combo deal just means treat the customer like dirt? and yes the whole sanitation tray crap for an extra 4 bucks. very weird. the lady’s name was nguyen aka«ann». first strike was the fact that the towels were beyond hot. scorching hot towels immediately wrapped on my legs causing me to scream. i could tell she hadn’t been paying attention and was just wanting to rush. she immediately began talking shit about me to her co-workers after that and for the rest of my time there since i wasn’t happy about the towels. what the fuck. yes i don’t know vietnamese but jesus christ i am a human and understand mannerisms and your tone. shut. up. aren’t you supposed to care in the service industry to keep customers? i have no idea how they are even surviving with this lack of care in service. my pedicure turned out ok but was rushed and not relaxing at all. my manicure on the other hand was so bad. i probably could have done a better filing job and paint job which is pretty pathetic. she brought out a lemon and put juice on one hand and not the other? it was about the oddest treatment and most unorganized and rushed service i have ever received. do not waste your money or time unless you’re in the mood for some vietnamese shit talking and a rushed horrible manicure/pedicure.

This place advertises a $ 30 mani/pedi which is a good deal but then they nickel and dime you for everything. When I walked into the place, I was happy to see that they offered spa liners. Specifically, the sign said«No worries. New spa system! Disposable liners are used for each customer.» Then they drop the bomb on you that you have to pay $ 4 to not have any sanitary worries. I was asked if I wanted a regular or deluxe pedicure and I guess getting a regular one means that they barely work on your cuticles and try to go as fast as possible. I am new to town and looking for a reasonable quality salon. But I won’t be coming back to this one. I don’t like being up sold so much and being nickel and dimed.

Nail Pro is nice enough I guess. It’s a nail salon — nothing fancy or extra bells and whistles at this particular salon. For me, it was simply a place to get a mani/pedi and it did the job. Great massage during my pedi, that was a plus. I liked the fact there weren’t any tv’s on or any other real distractions. I sat there and relaxed and enjoyed the experience. I’d go back for the sake of convenience.

I went with a few friends on a Sunday afternoon to check out an advertised $ 30 mani/pedi. Pros: Fantastic polish selection, staff made the effort to make conversation, great massage chairs. However; it was mostly a very disappointing experience. All of our pedi/mani’s were done in 30 minutes. One of my legs didn’t get massaged, my technician didn’t inform me that a particular polish I selected was more expensive and when I politely asked her to re-file & re-cut my finger nails(they were ragged) she ended up cutting my cuticle and drawing blood twice because she was in such a hurry. I understand it was a cheap pedicure/manicure, but the most basic services were not provided or done well. Luckily there are plenty of other nail places, probably shouldn’t waste your time on this one.

After being in for a couple of days I was in much need of hand and feet pampering. Trying to avoid the truma of traffic, going to this place rather than the norm was convenient since it was within the strip beside Starbucks. I went in hoping that they werent busy and to my surprise they weren’t. Picked out my polish and was greeted by «Christy» with a friendly smile. The experience was sooo soothing and relaxing. I didn’t like the setup of the shop being smaller and TV’s weren’t on. They were busy on laptops watching some foreign station. You would have thought you were in an Apple store, seriously! Christy needs to polish-up on her polish technique but other than that she did a good job. I personally don’t think I will be going back to this salon due to lack of customer appreciation and service that I’m used too…
