I came by for the first time with a buddy. I got French shellac mani and loved it! The manicurist and store owner is super nice and accommodating!

I stopped here because I was short on time and its very close to home. Next time… I’ll drive further. I owner was nice about honoring my discount but the tech was horrible. He couldn’t get the shape I wanted, my nails were uneven, the white was crooked, he didn’t listen to my suggestions and he cut me more than once. He had no eye for detail. I am an unhappy customer. I’ve paid less and got better service. I will not return!

First of all, I had to wait 35 minutes for them to even start. By the time they did start it was a little past 6pm and they close at 7pm, and I could tell they were rushing to just get it over with. The woman doing my pedicure answered her cellphone twice and looked over her shoulder at the clock countless times. She got nail polish on my skin and the nail on my left big toe is actually jagged– something I didn’t realize until I was already home. I have to wait for the polish to dry a bit more to get in there and fix it myself. Why did I just pay $ 28 for that? What’s more, she decided to cover my legs and feet in oil and lotion and give me a massage AFTER she had painted my nails, so they just look all greasy and gross now.
The woman doing my manicure was better and friendlier, but she missed a couple spots that I had to point out to her, and the layers of polish are uneven.
They did such a poor, slipshod job. I feel like I just threw money away. I will not be going back.

I work on Hulen Street and my mom decided to have lunch with me. She made the mistake of stopping at this place to get her eyebrows waxed before lunch. Well they completely burned her!!! It was awful!!! Definitely do not go here for waxing! I’m so angry that they did this to my poor mom. I wish I could have given zero stars.
