Great place to grab lunch. I’ve had their sandwiches and salads and have never been disappointed.

Excellent food, great value and super friendly service. You can’t go wrong. I am not a sushi guy, but I have been told by many that it is very good. Their sandwiches are second to none with a variety you won’t find at any other sandwich shop.

I have been coming here for about 4 years and have never been let down. I normally get the bento box and it is great! The sushi is pretty great also. I have also had a few of their subs and was also pleasantly surprised! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you are stopping in at lunch time on a weekday, it tends to be very busy!

This place is a hidden gem! I have been here a few times and have been happy with the food every time. It’s not on the main road(its off of 17 behind Chick-fil-A) so you can miss it. I’m glad I found this place.

Great! I was traveling south on Rt 17 heading toward 95 S and stopped based on the review. Clean and good casual good. Definitely better than franchise row!

What a wonderful lunch. My daughter and I stopped by for the first time and the place was empty around 2pm, but that was okay, because that made for quick service. Enjoyed every bit of the shrimp tempura and soft shell crab rolls. The Gyoza was delicious. Just moved back from Japan and the food was just like the sushi master’s of Japan. The owner was extremely nice and this is a great place for my daughter and my fix of a bit of Japan. This is now my favorite sushi place.

The food here is pretty good and isn’t too costly. But when it comes to onion rings they are the worst. Lol.

O O O Mr O :)!!! Here’s the deal — there is no way that I would have believed a GOOD sushi place would exist anywhere along RT17 around the the industrial park areas. Here’s the deal — I was wrong. Been renting a place near here and was desperately searching for something decent — thank you to the Unilocal people who reviewed this before me — well done– it was good food. Sushi was FRESH fresh — artfully done and yummy. Will for sure go back. Kinda want to try the deli side too now — the owners were super nice. Thank you Mr O!!!’ Aweome

Great food at the Deli and Sushi bar can not go wrong with either choice. Prices are good as well.

Worst deli has delicious breakfast combos and they deliver! Plus, thir philly cheese steak sub is one of the best in the area. The main thing that’s lacking is the fries… They’re super-generic and sub-par, so skip the lunch combo because it’s a waste of carbs.

My husband and I split a cheese steak hero. It was excellent. The roll is always so important and Worst did not disappoint! Most folks were ordering the TRAY of sushi. Looked beautiful. Customers were regulars. This is a hidden gem!

Worst deli has the great breakfast food! I recommend any of their omelettes. The only problem is that they are not open on the weekends.

The place is legit, if you’re a fan of great sushi then come visit. I had the sushi box and I loved every bit of it. Service was also out standing. Couldn’t ask for more In Norton Fredericksburg.

Not the best location but great food. The Korean Bulgogi and rice is very good. They have good subs and wraps, and a very diverse menu. Reasonably priced.

Worst Deli: a real surprise in the Black Hole of Edible Food that is Fredericksburg/Stafford. Almost 4 years ago I had the misfortune of visiting Umi in Fredericksburg. I’m still shuddering at the memory of that horrible«food» that they try to pass off as Japanese food. If I were Japanese, I’d be even more offended than I already am. This place actually can call their food Japanese. Their udon soup really shocked me. The first sip was delicate, deep, brothy, and not at all oversalty(a common tactic for covering bad or nonexistent flavor – see Umi). Even though it was takeout, and had gone lukewarm, I knew the soup had lots of potential and was prepared with care and expertise. I came back several days later to have it freshly prepared and it was as good as I imagined. Springy noodles, a very good broth. The tempura shrimp was cooked after I ordered it. I wasn’t crazy about the California Roll. It was too room temperature for me. They gave me a complimentary cucumber salad. That was a very surprising home run. Such simple food but when prepared by people who know what they’re doing, it’s amazing. Very cold, extra crisp, and not too sour.

Worst name. Worst décor. And worst location. But not the Worst Deli I’ve been to. However, what I do know is that it shouldn’t be called a deli. This isn’t a deli. In fact, I’m not sure what it is. Sushi on one end, an oversized, confusing American menu on the other the size of the Cheesecake Factory’s. Breakfast sandwiches. Salads. Hot and cold sandwiches. Burritos. Eight different kinds of Asian box lunches. Copies of the Declaration of Independence hanging from the wall. Korean tea. And possibly Korean owners. As Rebecca T. points out, «large posters on the wall describing how various sports are better than sex.» Mass hysteria. But all that matters in the end is the quality of the food, and Worst Deli left about 7 of us walking away content, except my one co-worker who had to take her lunch to go because they messed up her order. I paid just over $ 10 for one of the Asian box lunches with chicken, which came with sushi, which I in turn gave away to another co-worker out of sheer skepticism. Overall, the friendliness of the management warrants more than 2 stars, but the mere confusion of this place inhibits me from giving it anything more than 3.

The fact that this place gets reviewed well for the sushi should be your first clue that people have zero ability to tell fresh from frozen. I had lunch here today and while I found the owners sweet and friendly the quality of the sushi was subpar. The fish arrived to the table frozen. My sashimi box was flat out unappetizing. The place is strange with large posters on the wall talking about how various sports are better than sex. All in all not an enjoyable experience. Stafford Unilocalers #fail.

This place deserves every bit of 5 stars because the beef tataki was so darn good! This is my favorite Sushi place around… anywhere around. I’m not even going to write up anything. Just go and try it out.

Was excited to try this place out because of the Unilocal reviews and we saw that they extended their hours to dinner. The first time we came here was on a Saturday around 5pm. We thought they were closed because on the door, it said closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Turns out that the sandwich register was closed! But the sushi place was open. Could we be more confused? Might be nice if they clearly marked which hours were for sushi and which hours were for deli on the door and on the website. So I got the sushi menu to take with me and we came back another day for lunch. The sushi menu clearly stated its hours so that was good. Hubby really liked his tuna melt on rye. He said he would add pickles to it next time. The fries were good, not too thin but not steak fries either. The combo is a good deal and it comes with either a can of soda or a fountain drink that you serve yourself. I ordered the lunch bento box with shrimp and veggies. A lot of food for $ 7.99. Came with two potstickers, salad with ginger dressing, cucumber salad, California rolls, and the shrimp with loads of veggies in plenty of yummy sauce. The potstickers were crispy and flavorful. The salad was standard and not super gingery. The cucumber salad was very good and the California rolls were standard. There were about six jumbo shrimps and a butt load of veggies: cabbage, carrots, a bit of broccoli and I think some sort of squash. There’s not a lot of shrimp in the shrimp and veggie ratio but for $ 7.99 I don’t expect much meat. I liked that the shrimp was the same price as the chicken and veggies. Asian places typically charge more when you want the shrimp. I’d rather have less shrimp than pay the extra charge. The lady behind the sushi counter was very nice in her own Asian way. She made sure to say goodbye to me from the counter when I was about to leave at the door and the tables were packed with customers. I guess it helps that I’m Asian too and she was very delighted to see me? If I lived a little closer, I’d probably come here more often. The eating area and tables are quite casual.

I have heard of this deli and finnally got to try. I’ve been to New York many times and was craving a NY style corned beef sandwich. One of the reviewers said it was like you get in NY so I was sold. Well the sandwich was good but not to much meet on it. NY style sandwichs are piled hight with meet. I know I only paid 6 bucks but I would have gladly paid more to a meaty sandwich. It’s was good just not like NY. I’ll try some sushi next time. I will get this deli another go when I close by. Nice deli for an out of the way place Wopr
