Unfortunately, the new staff of june 2016 has become quite unwelcoming. The friendly & social staff has left. No smiles, looking unhappy. I’ve been coming to this location for more than 3 years, and this group of baristas has been the worst. I even found one of the older baristas, and he was more happy at another establishment. I wonder if this location has a curse on the staff. Lol

This place downright sucks. It takes forever for me to get my drink and when I do, it’s melted to hell. Service is slower than turtle speeds. Majority of the time they make it seem like I’m the one that’s wrong. I hate this place with a passion. It needs to close down ASAP. I will never come back to this location. Apparently a venti caramel frappuccino with extra caramel is way too complicated for them, hence I always get half-@ssed drinks. Never again will I head here. I’d rather take the time to go into the one down the street next to Lucky and come out with a perfect frap.

Tried this location AGAIN. Drive thru was the usual disaster, people lined up on the wrong side of the road, blocking the drive way, line way to long. Decided to walk in. Luis was rude and then the girl who made my breakfast sandwich THREW it on the counter and it slide off onto the lower ledge! Nice, F U too blonde, short, ugly Attitude microwave attendant. Called Corporate to complain– you should to.

Stood in the really long drive thru line waiting to order my drinks. I had a few drinks to order and the guy kept repeating is that all I can get you after each drink. Then I told him I wanted to add a chocolate milk to the order and I let him know I was going to add something to my order and he goes«ughhhhhhhhhhhhh» in the mic. It was so rude! And then we asked him about it at the window. He said that it was someone else and wouldn’t acknowledge it or apologize and his response was«did you order a white mocha» it’s one of the most annoying experiences I’ve ever had. If you want a job then SURPRISE! You’re going to have to work. We left and left our drinks there as well. They tall tanned guy with curly hair that works there is a jerk

. I give this location 2 stars because half of this staff are great &frendly people. Let me start off by saying I’m a regular customer 2 times a day seriously. Can starbucks staff explain to my why I had to wait almost 6 min in line while a NEWHIRE was running instore BYHERSELF and all the other staff was running drive threw?. If I wanted to wait this long I would have went threw the drive threw first off. 2nd off why doesn’t starbucks store management step up to the plate and teach this girl how to properly take orders and drinks before throwing her into the fire by herself! GREATMANAGEMENTFORYOU! This store today mess up on my drink not once but twice and the guy who made it the first time added wip I told him sir it wasn’t suposto have wip and he looks at me crazy with a bad ass attitude spies it off puts a lid and says here ya go. I go to my car taste it and dam drank diabetes! when I spicificly asked for lesser pumps! So I go back inside and asked for them to remake it the last in training was Profesional and this guy making my drink has the worst attitude suck customer service skills ever! The review for the drive thru: I can’t really hate on Starbucks but twice I’ve been through their drive thru and they did not get my order right and the line was moving sooooooooo slow. I would just go into the store the next time. If you see more than 3 cars in the line just skip it and go inside. Save yourself time.

Worst Starbucks ever! Seriously. Either hire more experienced people. Or Corporate needs to do better.

I used to LOVE this Starbucks drive thru because it wasn’t too slow and my drinks always came out really good. I went and ordered a typical coffee frap and was told my total was $ 3.95, usual. I got to the window and handed the lady a $ 5. She handed me my drink, change, and walked away. No receipt, no hello, not even a thank you. I’m guessing she must be new because I’ve never seen her there but she has horrible customer service which sucks because usually the service here isn’t bad. Fast forward to when I get home, I realize she gave me 50 cents back and my coffee frap tastes completely watered down. I call to complain, and again, they cannot do anything without a receipt. Super annoying.

I like em, because I need my coffee… BUT every time we come here, the drive-thru does take forever and they ALWAYS forget at least one item that we order. Last time, we noticed that they gave us all the wrong drinks. We couldn’t tell this time because they were all white-cupped. Next time, our muffin sandwiches were missing ingredients like, eggs. This time, they didn’t give us our 3 cookies. Ugh.

This is review is based solely on the drive thru. The barista who takes your order is really friendly and even repeats your order to make sure that it is correct, however when it comes to actually getting your order, it takes quite a while. Since so many people use the drive thru, you would think that the baristas would pick up the pace so that customers don’t wait so long as well as make the line much longer, but nope, completely the opposite. I think the people who actually order inside the store gets their drinks faster than the ones in the drive thru.

Since last semester my caffeine addiction has gotten so bad that I NEED to have at least one cup of coffee every day. My first choice definitely isn’t Starbucks, but since it’s everywhere it’s the most convenient for me(why does Philz have to be 30 minutes away!!!) but the reason why I never really liked Starbucks was because each location was inconsistent. Sometimes my drink would be good, sometimes not. I never know what to expect and I kind of have to expect the worst. But this drive thru is ALWAYS consistent. Soy iced hazelnut latte, soy iced vanilla latte, iced coffee ~ all are consistent and just enough sugar and ice for my liking. There’s a Starbucks that’s closer to me but I would drive an extra 5 – 10 minutes for coffee here because I know it won’t disappoint. So shoutout to whoever is making the drinks here!!! Thanks for staying consistent!!!

Took almost 20 mins in the drive thru on a Saturday morning but I’m not mad. My coffee is perfect.

Probably my favorite Starbucks in Fremont! Drive thru is as efficient as a drive thru Starbucks can be. All of the baristas are friendly. The place itself is really clean and always has seating. And they now have charging mats for your phone which is super convenient. The only downside is that the parking lot can get pretty crowded.

After more than a couple of times where I’ve waited a little too long for my order, I’ve come to the decision that you should only use this Starbucks for the drive-thru. Most of their attention seems to be focused on the drive-thru business. On my most recent trip to this location I ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and bought a bag of coffee beans. After about 10 minutes, one of the sandwiches was ready. The label on the sandwich said«1 of 2», so I figured the other sandwich would soon appear. After another 10 minutes, the bacon gouda sandwich was still MIA, so I asked the guy behind the counter what was going on. Either my sandwich accidentally went to somebody going through the drive-thru, or they just flat out forgot to make it. He mentioned something about their label maker being on the fritz, which may have led to the problem. On the plus side, the guy behind the counter gave me a gift card for $ 4.00 off my next purchase and had my second breakfast sandwich out in a couple of minutes following my gripe. Quality here is the same as every other Starbucks on the planet, they just seem a little disorganized when it comes to the walk-up crowd. I feel like I’ve had similar mix-ups with food at least a few other times. This place should be used for the drive-thru only, and even that always has a long line that clogs up their small parking lot.

The drive thru is a joke! It takes them at least 4 minutes per car. The lady in front of me ordered an iced Americano and I’ve been behind her for the last 15 minutes. I pull up and the barista taking orders was so lethargic. It took them another 4 minutes to get me my order. This cannot be any more annoying. Another barista comes up to give me my pastry and recheck my order.

The lady at the drive-thru with glasses had a little bit of attitude. Didn’t dig her vibe even if she was trying to be polite. — Today was New Years and they ran out of caramel… So I took it instead thinking it was going to be a little sweet, but it wasn’t. Tasted like f-ing dirt. Um, yeah. I don’t think I’m coming back here anytime soon.

Capped enthusiasm is what I witnessed. She was trying to be upbeat, but her face was very bland. A for effort, C for execution. This is a very awkwardly shaped Starbucks too but I know is not their fault.

Great staff — but sadly this Starbucks is ALWAYS understaffed on the weekends! Not uncommon to wait 15 – 25 minutes. The poor staff is running around like mad but they always are short one or two staffers(could easily double their staff). This is a convenient location but can’t trust getting stuck in the drive-thru as you might be trapped for 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of you.

The review is for inside this store, not the drive thru. The staff here are very cool and very nice. They take the time to talk to you, even while they are making your drink. Or when an employee is mopping up a mess that in this case was caused by a little baby girl. I enjoyed the feel and the environment of this place. I will say that they must do something about the drive thru as it is oftentimes chaotic and there is a long line. There should only be one line, not two separate lines. If you must have Starbucks coffee, I would suggest going to the one that is located across the street in the Lucky shopping center. Unless you want your coffee to go and are too lazy to get out of your vehicle.
