Fort Washington II Apartments

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The apartments are nothing special. The rent is ridiculously high. Cockroaches are EVERYWHERE on the property. I moved here because it was close to work and it was a huge mistake. They try to charge for everything once you move no matter how long you stayed or how nice the apartment was left. Huge let down.

Rent is too much. The apartments aren’t very nice. We had a constant problem with cock roaches even though they said they have pest control. I had to have someone else spray the place. Our air conditioner leaked all over our hallway. Made a spot on the rug which we will probably have to pay for. This place sucks don’t move here unless you are desperate for somewhere to live. There is a lot more apartments that are much nicer for the amount you are going to spend here.

Very nice place, well taken care of. Pools are sparkling clean all the time. Apartments are well priced for being in a nice area. Management is always helpful. The only negative thing I found is when I left. I left the apartment in excellent conditions, I even cleaned the whole place before returning the keys. I just got back $ 12 out of my $ 500 deposit. They charged me for everything, cleaning the windows, the carpet, repainting the closets, cleaning the kitchen cabinets, etc. I have video and pictures of how I left the apartment, that show that only normal wear and tear was left, but they charged me for everything. All the bills they gave me for these services, were mere quotations or a list of services with the different prices, almost none of them was an actual invoice. It’s a shame because I really liked the place, but this kind of actions work just in their detriment.

Lived here for 2 yrs, even though I left the apartment in excellent condition, don’t expect to receive much of your deposit back…, rent is high and low quality units… Noisy landscapers.
