I helped my friend move in yesterday. The whole complex looks really nice. A lot of trees making it really nice during this upcoming summer.
Exterior: appearance of apartment is nice. Garage door could use some paint. The door is hard to lock you have to pull really hard to lock the dead bolt.
Interior: unit is up stairs so he got two balconys overlooking the srprings… Pretty sweet. We noticed right away that the unit was not clean. Dead cockroaches everywhere. They where on the carpet, kitchen counter top, cabinets, bathroom, and both bedrooms. Also the floors where really dirty and the balconys where in pretty bad shape as well. Both bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans or lights so be prepared to buy a fan and a lamp.
My friend and I took pictures and called the manager. She sent someone over right away.
Not sure if they forgot or just don’t care about there customers, but at least they got it taken care of. If it wasn’t for the bug infestation I would have given 5 stars.

I personally have loved my experience here at the Springs! I found Melissa very kind! My fiancé and I have now lived here for almost two years! and we would continue to stay if we weren’t having to move out of town! Not everything is perfect, but nothing in this world can be expected to be «perfect.» The water gets shut off here and there for maintenance reasons, but they ALWAYS post a letter days in advanced warning everyone about the specific hours it will be turned off. Maintenance guys are awesome! Office is cool, calm and collective. If you prefer a relaxed place to call home, and aren’t high maintenance about the little things, I recommend this place for you!

I have lived here for a year and I have had no complaints at all. This is my first apartment I have had entirely on my own and I’ve had nothing break, nothing stolen, and nothing set on fire. They do occasionally turn the water off but I have never had it turn off without a notice ahead of time. My (own) washer flooded my apartment and management sent out someone the next day with an industrial fan to dry it out, never even charged me for it; however I do still have the fan. The carpets are old and should be replaced, I agree they could use some more padding but it’s nothing that you would find on the «west side» of Fresno. Overall I think the price would be my only complaint, but it is reasonably priced for the area and the amenities included. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This review is solely based on my experience and observations from viewing an apartment as a potential tenant. I do not, nor have I ever, live/​d here.
I am in Clovis for a 6 month work contract and my company picked out several apartment complexes for me to review before picking out the one I liked best near my designated workplace. This was one of the worst.
When I arrived, I immediately noticed the abundance of garbage everywhere. It wasn’t just that the dumpsters were completely overflowing and had bags strewn around them on the ground and into the parking lot, but people were putting trash bags on their roof next to their balcony (see photos!!) Gross!
I saw a unit that was their model and although I was impressed that I would have had a garage and no neighbors above me, I was not thrilled with how dirty the unit appeared. The carpet seemed old and dirty. The unit was dusty and the doors seemed dirty as well… and this was their MODEL unit… furnished with nice furniture and everything.
The woman who gave me the tour seemed off-​putting and annoyed that I had disrupted her morning. She did not give me a tour of the grounds and it was so underwhelming, I honestly cannot remember if there was laundry facilities or if they came in the unit. I even asked her if the local trash company was on strike because EVERY SINGLE trash dumpster area (opened, gated areas with 2 dumpsters each) were OVERFLOWING to the point that garbage was flowing out into the parking lot/​driveways… the gates were broken as well, so even if they wanted to hide the problem, they probably couldnt. She stated that since it was a Monday, it was because they were just coming off the weekend (not a holiday weekend either), so they were always full. Wouldn’t that equate to potentially looking into investing several more dumpsters to correct this seemingly repetitive problem?
I was unimpressed with this complex and with what I saw/​experienced, I do not recommend.

Well let’s just say this complex belongs on the westside of Fresno. There is nothing luxurious about the apartments. The key locks on the doors are figity and if you call to have them fixed you get «they are supposed to sink in and then you pull with the key» ridiculous. Asking to have anything fixed takes forever and when they do come out and fix it, it’s like a 5 year old did the job. The gym weight machine in the gym in the secondary pool has been broken since 2013. Everything breaks, today my closet rail and shelf came crashing down. To my great surprise all the screws that should have gone into a stud were barely long enough to go into the sheetrock, well their was that really long nail in the center holding everything up lol. It looks nice from the outside the price is luxurious the staff ig friendly when you are initially interested in moving in. Also the water main seems to break every month towards the end of the month, and you will get lovely rude final notices on your door if you don’t bring in you renewal of lease on time. Honestly unless you are desperate to have a garage door that foes not function and only be repaired once you catch it on fire and smoking on video i suggest you just rent a house. The location is nice though you are across from a Jr high and a elementary school not to mention pharmacy, savemart, and River Park.

Once again, no water, no notice!!! Every time I there’s no water I’ll keep updating! This has been an issue for many months now!!! Don’t move here! The manager Melissa is extremely rude and so is the rest of the staff!
