This IHOP is conveniently located next to our hotel. There is plenty of parking spaces in their private parking lot but since our motel is right next door, so we didn’t have to avail ourselves of this.
We were seated quickly and our server was super patient and helpful. We had 3 children and 5 adults in our group so there was a lot of «can we get another minute?»
Had the steak tip with mushroom dinner.
The chicken tortilla soup is also very good. I was a little skeptical when I first saw the soup and it wasn’t red. I know that’s not a good indication, but I’m just used to seeing it red in other places. But not to worry! It is very good.

Fly in the coffee! You got to be kidding me. We decided to come try this place out being that we drive by here quit a lot. Not really something anybody wants to have in their cup of coffee. Disappointed and disgusted.

Always get speedy service here. The management has gone over and beyond at times to
ensure that my order was correct. Cleanest I hop. I’ve been to.
Just as fast as I wrote that 4 star review, I have to change it to a 1 star. I ordered food to go and was told I had a fairly short wait time. I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes with no one else being served in the restaurant. Disgusting attitude from every staff member tonight, aside from the manager on duty, Clarence. I’m done with this location, sad to say.

What can I say. I waited 45 minutes for my food which most of it was not cooked properly. The pancakes was very doey in the middle, and when I sent them back to manager argued that’s the way they were supposed to be. The rest of the food was either undercooked don’t overcooked.

Hubby wanted breakfast so we went out for a late brunch. Ihop was near by so we decided to stop here (not our first time at this location). We ordered the sampler, steak omlette and super chkn melt. Our appetizer came out after the food of the ppl next to us, who ordered after us. The chkn strips were dry and the onion rings were burnt. I can’t believe they even served it. It only came out with miranera sauce so we had to ask for ranch that was supposed to come out with it. And our server was out of sight most of the tiime. I ordered my chkn sandwich w/​out onions, peppers, and mayo… but they forgot to add the ranch that’s also included in the sandwich. We tried to make the most of the occassion, as we don’t eat out as often as we used to. Upon entering, the host treated us differently than the guests seated after us and from the guests who paid their tabs before us. Needless to say we won’t be back. One star for oj and taste of our main entrees.

this ihop is ok id go to a different one next time, i got the bacon wrap steak and the steak was cook way well done took all dam day to chew. the hash browns like always are never cooked all the way and on top of that the lady never not once asked us how are food was, kinda rude josefina. Well at least the check ouit was good the guy and i joked around alittle and thats why i gave them a two star and not a one

What you’d expect at an ihop… but more, because what I usually expect at ihop isn’t usually this good! Great service – our waiter was polite and listened well. Food was hot and they accommodated our splitting a plate w no problem

Ihop is good. Much better than dennys. I like their pancakes Its a good family restaurant or a place to get together with old friends. Good eats. Good prices and friendly service.
