Boost Mobile | Virgin Mobile by Numero Uno Wireless

Went in to port a number with a new phone to Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile. Myra was very helpful in explaining the difference in prices and features, as well as which would give you the most bang for your buck. She took her time to explain everything to me, asked questions to offer helpful suggestions for my purchase, and didn’t rush or pressure me to do or buy anything.
Myra explained that porting my number over from a different carrier made me eligible for a free phone (there were a couple of phone options), and there was a $ 35−45−55 plan promotion going on. What a deal! She also explained the cost of an iPhone and that porting a number over and purchasing an iPhone would give me an automatic $ 100 off the cost of the phone.
Store was no-​frills, but staff (Myra, specifically — she was the only employee there) was knowledgeable, friendly and professional with me and other customers that came into the store.
Ended up going with Boost Mobile, though Virgin Mobile has hard-​to-​beat prices also. It’s just difficult to beat a free phone (not a crap phone, either), and $ 45 a month for unlimited minutes, text and 5GB of data. Made the jump from Verizon a cinch.

Brought my iphone in to swap the little card but none of their cards were compatible with my phone, and then they charged me for the card, which was $ 20. Waste of time and money!
