My husband and I have lived at Arioso since June 2014. As newlyweds, we visited many different apartment complexes in the area, but Arioso was the clear choice based on how friendly the office staff was compared to all the other places we tried! They were very helpful and pleasant. Over a year later, we are still very pleased with the property, even after the recent change in ownership. They are dedicated to making the residents’ living experience as good and comfortable as possible. They listen and genuinely care about what is going on and how they can help make things better. There are always things that can happen that are out of their control, but they operate at the absolute highest quality of service. They host monthly events FREE to the residents and they are always fun, creative and almost always offer food and goodies! We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom when we renewed our lease and everything went very smoothly with the change. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone — singles and families alike!

They charge you 300 for water and when you move out they charge you for things that were there Pryor to moving in. Rent is 2000 dollars and I can promise you that you are wasting your money staying in the townhomes. I have heard that the apartments are way better and worth the money.

Not a very pleasant place to live! I’ve just moved in for about 6 weeks and they’ve already fined me twice for my dogs. Very mean staff. You can immediately tell that they’re very superficial/two-faced people. They watched me like a hawk and stalked my every move so that they can fine me. Not very flexible at all. The lady named Karen that lives there has nothing better to do with her time. The complex just appears nice on the façade, but is old and not very well-built on the inside. The hallways are dirty. Gum marks everywhere. AC and ventilation systems are extremely loud. Maintenance requests are processed very slowly. Super strict about everything! I’ve never been to any complex that has three different codes to get around the complex! Who has the time to memorize three different codes?!! They literally have one code for the pedestrian gate, one for the pool gate and one for who knows what other place! Oh and you need to wear these stupid«pool passes» when you use the pool, otherwise they won’t let you in, even though they obviously know that you’re a registered resident. Too many rules and regulations. Don’t live here with you can’t abide to their strict dog rules or any of their stupid rules for that matter! I highly DONOT recommend this place if you can help it. I can’t wait to move out! I just want to break my contract and shove the rest of the rent money up their @$$!

Nice apartment. 850 for one bedroom. Gated. Safe. Right off of 360 and I-20. No problems with management.
