I have enjoyed my time at Indigo Pointe. So far they have been responsive to my maintenance requests in a very timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and secure. The pool and the amenities(clubhouse & Car wash spot) are nice and kept in nice condition. The pool has two grills and they are currently installing an outdoor kitchen. Move in was easy and parking is convenient.

The apartments were ok for the price and wouldn’t mind living there again if the management was honest, trust worthy, and stayed longer then 2 months. This place is constantly under new management and they mishandle everything. Expect to pay A LOTMORE when you try to move out because they office is so unorganized they make you pay for it. I guarantee you will see new people working average of every 2 months and they never get information from past management so you as a attendant are screwed. Like I said before THEMANAGEMENTISALWAYSCHANGING prime example is the comment left below by NEWMANAGEMENT

I never wrote any review before, but I would hate for anyone to go through the nightmare that I did, so here’s my two cents. Long story short, save your money, time, and patience, and move to a safer place. Indigo Pointe’s gate is literally always broken making the community accessible for anyone and extremely unsafe and the sales reps and managers will be nice to you to get you in, but once you move out they will even lie to get money from you. I know everyone has their own experiences but to be honest, I wish we would’ve looked around before moving in, there are way better apartments, communities and houses with no more than 5 minutes driving distance that are more updated, actually safe, and has honest people working for them. (So here’s what happened, if you’re interested) We lived at Indigo Pointe for 2 years, mind you that during those 2 years they had 5 different managers. During the move-in time and the time that we moved in our sales rep was always very nice. They never told us that their contract isn’t a standard state rental agreement, which means that the addendum can say whatever they want for it to say. We had to move-in a certain day, but our apartment was not move in ready condition according to our sales rep(at that time there was no manager since they were looking for a new one). Our apartment smelled like trash, it was extremely dirty, the walls floor and carpet had a weird yellow stain, but we needed to move in so we spoke to our sales rep and she said it would be ok when we moved out since she knew the apartment wasn’t move-in ready to begin with. Once we moved out, they lost our keys, so they charged us for extra days until the day that our key was found, the current manager was over the top rude getting to the point of yelling at us over the phone, they charged us for extra cleaning, wall damages, carpet damages, and other things that were already there when we moved in, and the extra rent days from when they lost our keys. They said that they can charge us that since we weren’t there for the move-out inspection(because we moved to a different city) and they said that according to our contract we had schedule and be there for that inspection, which is NOT on their contract. The agency that they use for collection will not work with you nor will the accept any proof that you have, they only accept things that Indigo Pointe’s manager(the one that lied and yelled at us) accepts. If you do decide to live here, be very careful with what you agree with, who you deal with at all times and for anything, remember that anything they tell you will not be valid unless it is written, their pool is only open for residents for like 2 – 3 months out of the year, you will not be signing a standard texas renters agreement, so read it carefully, and be ready to still pay them money once you move-out. Oh, and don’t get me started on what they call a laundry room… GROSS!!!
