Wendy’s

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in years. And was waiting on my car at the Firestone. So was I. Walking distance and inside the Decour has been remodeled it’s very nice and clean and the Cashier Guy tall slender kid with glasses and the staff at the counter inside very nice and helpful and the food was nice, not greasy, I got the spicy chicken, a lot of good changes to Wendy’s. I got to custom make my sandwich, I tried the pretzel bun which was nice. The prices are a bit more doh. $ 8~ for a small combo

This is the closest Wendy’s to my house & it’s roughly 10 – 15 minutes away. As the review below me said, there is an African-​American gentleman there who always gives good service! They’re usually quick & food is good.

If i had the choice of no stars thats what this place would be getting from me. I will NEVER go back. The food was horrible. I ordered a jr. Bacon cheese burger, an order of nuggets, and two value fries.
Needless to say, the food was cold! Every single bite. Then I had to pretty much beg for ketchup! I mean how much can it possibly cost for cases of ketchup which I’m sure they order? It’s ridiculous, you first get no ketchup, the they give you ONE when u ask for some… ONE! Then the guys gets an attitude when I ask for more. You would have sworn it came from his own personal home inventory!
I’ve always loved Wendy’s more so than its competitors overall, but this experience has changed my mind about them. As I stated previously, that was my last go round with them.

There is an African-​American gentleman that works at this particular Wendys, I think he is a manger or supervisor I’m not sure. He has the best attitude, always poilte, NEVER rushes us out the drive thru and always smiles. They are pretty good at handling my complicated order. But most of all I appreciate the fact that no matter how hectic his job is (and Im sure it is) I can always count on him to have a smile on his face. I don’t know your name but MR. YOU ROCK!

ive been burned out from wendys due to my over consumption of wendys in my undergrad days at baylor… but this place has always been consistent and the food is good… im addicted to the frosty and the chigenuggets… service is always quick and friendly… this whole little area here with the fast food restaurants are always consistent and i appreciate that… except that stupid whataburger down the street
