Over all just not good value. The waiter repeated that we asked for lemon in the tea and water but we got no lemons, for the prices here you darn well should get a lot better service. The sushi was warm and was described as tasting like a «hotdog» just strange. The honey chicken was ok but the portion was not really large enough to call shareable family style. The vegetable springs tasted like nothing and upon cutting the last one in half there was a long hair inside… Gross. The manager comped the spring rolls but this was not a good experience, I don’t think we will revisit.

It is very difficult as a vegan, much less a raw vegan, to find a great meal in the Triad. I thought we’d try P. F. Chang’s to see if I could get a California Roll made with veggies only and maybe a salad. When we walked in, I was very pleased with the décor. Very contemporary, lots of stone and dark wood, lots of booth style tables, our favorite since the seats are cushy. The bathrooms were very well kept, marble counters, contemporary styling and very clean, another plus. The menu and waiter came — well-organized but he had to return to the kitchen several times to be sure about my questions. He was very polite but wasn’t really sure about the ingredients in the dishes. I made sure he knew I was vegan and was looking for specifically raw dishes. He pointed me to a few baked tofu dishes and steamed or fried but nothing really raw. I had to investigate the menu in my own. They had a really nice crisp cucumber salad with shoyu and sesame seeds, very tasty. When I ordered the roll, the first thing in the list of ingredients was«kani kama» or something to that effect. When my husband asked, I replied in front of the waiter that I assumed it was seaweed and the waiter shook his head yes. I ordered the roll with no rice, in keeping with raw vegan, so I assumed naturally that the sushi chef would just substitute with extra vegetables. When the roll came out, he had just completely eliminated the rice and the roll was super tiny. I ate the first bite and instantly realized, there was crab meat in it. The waiter apologized and told me it was what I ordered. I told him it wasn’t, he retrieved the menu and it would seem I was correct. He took it to his manager who immediately came out and told me that ALL their rolls come with the«kani Kama» a type of Japanese artificial crabmeat, like I should know this. It was not on the menu. The waiter and I both thought it was seaweed. Then she told me that they wouldn’t make the order as I ordered it, that they already altered the sushi roll to be made with no rice but that since they don’t have a «make your own sushi» item in the menu, they wouldn’t do it. Then she asked for my information, her top priority in our conversation. She was very curious about my condition(vegan because I’m allergic to the enzymes in animal foods, including all meat, fish, dairy and honey). She was more concerned with the integrity of her menu and covering the ass of the restaurant than she was with serving me an excellent meal. We won’t be returning, which is a shame because my husband loves chocolate peanut butter anything, and they are one of a few restaurants that we have found around town that offer this type of dessert. Really disappointed. Can’t leave zero stars.

Wow I’m an ultra super raw no-sunlight vegan and this is the place for me. The water is delicious and the mushrooms-remember raw no sunlight?-were not cooked to perfection. Of course my wife, former Miss Saturn by the way, really loved the air. See she doesn’t eat anything at all. Once we lectured all the patrons about why they should not vaccinate their children, not natural you see, we took our human powered bikes back to our time-share cave and googled more ways we could be pretentious.
