If I could give this a half a star I would. If you use a card to pay for your cab you have to do it before driving to your destination. So I put 15% on there as it wasn’t a long drive. I got in the car and the driver asked me to plug in the address to my gps on my phone. Umm, isn’t this a taxi? Shouldn’t you have a god in your car? We would I tip you or even pay you a full amount if you have no idea how to get there? His excuse is his doesn’t always s work with the rain. I would suggest finding one that does if you are going to continue driving a cab. Next time I’m using Über!

On time. Extremely courteous. Very clean vehicle. They will even set appointments which is extremely helpful when I travel for business. Will definitely use Triad Transportation again.

Great service! The driver was efficient and got me where I needed to go right away! He came and picked me up quickly and promptly and then dropped me off at the hotel. The interior of the vehicle was very nice and clean, and it did not smell bad like some of the other taxis I have been in. Highly recommend this service!!!
