Be aware! Talking over the phone with agreed price does not mean anything to them. The Out the door price will not be the same as soon as you walk into the dealership. I showed the manager, Kerry Law, the agreed OTD of 17,020 from our text messages and he flat out denied that OTD offer and came up with the new OTDs: 18,439OTD with $ 1000 rebate and 19,480OTD with 0% finance. Disappointed.

I purchased a vehicle from them 9÷12÷15. Two weeks later the finance manager, Tom Norfleet, called me and gruffly stated that I needed to come in and sign a new contract and pay him $ 500 as downpayment. I refused, he used some profanity and the call was ended. It is now almost a month later and the original deal still has not been funded. Priority also said they were paying off my trade in, that hasn’t happened either-so now I have an unfunded auto loan looming over my head and my previous finance company hounding me for a payment on a vehicle I traded in! I told Mr Norfleet I am done and want my trade in returned to me, he said the car has been sent to wholesale, but surprise, surprise, it is listed on their website as for sale! Oh here’s another interesting tidbit– I only authorized them to run my credit through one credit union and they have made a DOZEN inquiries with every finance company under the sun. Calls to the general manager, Matt Ellmer, have not been returned. Please reconsider before you interact with this company. Just check out their reviews and you will see, they are notorious for unprofessional and downright shady business practices.

Tried to make a deal on a newer vehicle and was told, «I don’t need to give you deal it will sell for the asking price». That is the response myself and other military members have received from not only this dealership but others in the area. It is unfortunate that they see military coming and think we are incompetent. Gotta love The appreciation for the sacrifice.
