Try understanding what they’re saying and you might be able to get your food that you’ve tried to order. Small portions and dirty restaurant inside. Location is close to work so we eat there often. Fast service.

Well this place is close to my work, hence my reason for going there for lunch. Being fast food, I honestly don’t expect world class cuisine but I’d at least like to get my order right. Last week, I send one of my guys over to get lunch for the crew and we wind up with some of our chicken sandwiches with no mayo and pickles and some with double. Obviously whoever was doing the assembly put tab A into slot B instead. Fast forward to today, we get the same thing except we discovered a chicken sandwich with mayo and pickles WITHOUT chicken. Honestly, if a chicken joint forgets to put chicken on a chicken sandwich then there is no hope for mankind. Just thinking about the fast food workers wanting $ 15 per hour and seeing results like this makes me laugh my ass off. If you want better chicken and a correct order, just go to Popeye’s in Aloha…

I ordered a number one meal that comes with two pieces of chicken. I got one good size piece but the other one was a very small dried out wing with absolutely no meat on it. I will not be going to KFC no more.

If you want fast food chicken this and popeyes are the only choices around here. Food comes fast because they cook tons of chicken as a buffer for when it gets busy. You won’t get the freshest batch you’ll get the old batch. If you want cheap don’t go here. Well there’s better tasting and cheaper chicken at the grocery store. The precooked rotisserie chickens are awesome. If you are desparate or ignorant to the other options maybe try kfc. I think that is their business model. They cater to desparate ignorant customers… I stop by maybe once a year to see if they improve but they are getting worse. I would not recommend.

it is KFC, i went here for some food and it didn’t taste any different from any other ones. When my coworker went though she bought chicken strips with a side of mashed potatoes and the chicken strips were TIIINY. not only that, but the mashed potatoes got all over the box. She did call and the woman said she will replace the meal if she wanted to. I thought sucked because it ruined her lunch and if they were to have double checked and not rushed the order it could have been avoided. Again, it is KFC though…

KFC is probably my guiltiest pleasure. I know I should never eat it, but I do on occasion because it reminds me of my childhood and because I enjoy destroying my body from the inside-out. I felt that the chicken here was pretty tasty, just like I remember :) I got the bucket of chicken — I think it was 10 pieces for 10 bucks — and also tried the hot wings; they’re only 50 cents a piece! The girl at the register was also really nice.(Thanks, register girl!). I don’t know why this place got such low ratings. My experience here was great!

What is wrong with KFC now a day? This particular one is just downright bad. The food is poor in quality and the service is horrible. What is so hard about getting my order correct? I know they have receipts of what is supposed to be included in my meal why can’t they simply read it. I have never had a good experience here. I have typically used coupons when coming and have always came because my memory seemed to go all nostalgic on me and told me how it was 20 years ago and my god I always come away feeling ripped off. First of all the place is placed so that going through the drive through is a task and you have to watch people walk in front of your car as the exit from the restaurant or from their cars. Then the employees that are there are rude and for some reason can’t hear you. This is simply a KFC to run away from. I would encourage people to stay away from here.

First off the place is small. its located at the corner of two very busy streets. You enter the building by crossing the drive through lane, as there is no walkways around. If you bring your kids make sure you keep a hold of their hands so they wont run in front of the cars in the drive through lane.(I witness a 5 year old almost getting hit. Parents were not paying attention) You walk in and the first thing you see is the soda machine. Kind of a pain if people are standing there waiting to get soda and you want to get in and order some food. As I said, the place is small. less then 20 tables so if you want to eat in, make sure you save a table or have a family member tell you what they want while they chose a table. All three walls of the dining room has windows that go all the way down, so you do have lots of natural light. Menu options are about the same as any KFC. A lot of kids working there though, so be prepared for just about anything. I went in there once with my grand parents on a Saturday night and my grandmother on a wanted the Country fired steak(the one that is on sale on tuesdays) and the guy was very rude at the counter saying«We only serve those on tuesdays». We explained to him that we were here before and ordered it and it was not a tuesday. finally the manager came over and told the kid just give it to them, The manager kind of had a sour look on his face. The restrooms are kind of hidden. You have to open a door to a small hallway and then you’ll find the restrooms along with the door leading in the kitchen. If you want better quality of food, and perhaps more options and don’t mind the extra 10 – 15 minute drive head down to the KFC/A&W in orenco. They have more seating, service is better plus they have an A&W.

I came because I had a free coupon. The floors were really nasty and the food was bland and tasteless. Its funny how food that looks so good in the commercials can be so bad.
