The worst customer service ever! Shoes are good(bit overpriced though) but it’s just not worth it. We’re done with Kinga shoes.

Bought shoes here for my daughter(1.5 years old). She’s an active toddler, she wears them every day and they’ve held up for 4 months now. Any pair of stride-rites she used fell apart in a month. Her shoes are actual leather, and were hand-made. They cost a little bit more, but they are higher quality and last longer.

The customer service is beyond disgusting. When you have a concern and you contact them via email. Their responses are defensive, nasty and just seem plain old rude. One of the pair of shoes I sent back were in terrible condition when I opened the box. From all the shopping I do– a new pair of shoes that cost 90 $ should be in perfect shape. They argue with you. I wish I returned the other pair of shoes back. The quality is horrific and they were 115 $. Never will I buy from them again. I suggest NOONE to use them. I will go to Nordstrom next time and get amazing service with a smile.

I am not one to write a bad review, or try to change others opinions unless I had a bad enough experience, and would like to help someone else avoid a similar incident. Find another store to order your shoes from. Very unhelpful service, especially when the error was on their part. I’ll keep looking for another distributor.

We like the shoes, not the customer service. The service in store and on the phone, were VERY unprofessional and unfriendly. This experience is especially striking because they specialize in selling children’s footwear. Because of their lack of the competence, I’m not going back or recommending this place. I hope this review will help them improve.

LOVELOVELOVE this children’s shoe store. Since I have always had a part time retail job, I know the biz, and when a return policy isn’t posted somewhere, I have the brains to ask. Yeah, they don’t take checks, but who writes out checks anymore, seriously? It’s 2011 people it’s called debit card. Anyway, they have European shoes ONLY here, nothing is made in China. Any girls, we all know that the best shoes come from Europe, hello Pradas, Manolos ring any bells? Jimmy Choo might be Chinese, but he’s based out of England… Everyone and their mom knows that the best shoes on the planet are made in Europe… So your babies are learning to walk, why would you put them in a cheeply made shoe that offers no arch support, heel support and is flexible and is made to last a lifetime? The owner is a bit brusque, but in her defense, she is doing the best she can considering she is the only one I have ever seen working there. From being in there a few times, I have watched other customers and they all have been European as well and they know what they want and don’t really ask her for help except for a different size. The shoes are kind of scattered everywhere, so take your time to look at everything. Yes, they are pricey, but you can’t really expect it not to be…

One of the best businesses around. Great service and great selection of shoes. We love shopping at Kinga’s. Shoes are durable and you can trust buying a pair there will last you for the duration you need it. I hate when you buy a shoe and in few weeks you discover O! it falls apart — well that never happen with any of the shoes we bought at kinga. It is apparent to me that European shoes are a good quality and deserve the price you pay for them
