Partner and I walked in because it looked catchy, there were no Unilocalers to have reviewed this business, so I didn’t get a warning. The store is interesting due to being all bamboo. After the salesman told us of a satisfaction guarantee and lifetime exchange warranty, we splurged almost $ 200.00 for their bamboo sheets. We were told not to use fabric softener and dry on low heat — didn’t sound too complicated. After the 1st wash (cold) with Tide detergent, there were discoloration patches. I returned to the store to seek an exchange or refund. The manager was very nice, called corporate, informed me the salesperson misinformed us on the guarantee and that this was a «user-​created issue» that would require me calling corporate and sending in the sheets. I called headquarters and they were very nice, however, I don’t appreciate being «misinformed» on a product or having to waste time getting something corrected.
